“Simple design for students”
Pros
At The REALM, a public school of choice, we feel incredibly fortunate to use NEO as our LMS. What we appreciate most about NEO is its simple design for our middle schoolers which empowers them to progress independently through a self-paced curriculum and supports their autonomy while making classroom management smoother for teachers.
Cons
I can't find anything I dislike about it. Even though I'd like to see a few more features added over time, our school still considers this the best system available.

“smooth user experience & interface”
Pros
From my experience CypherLearning clearly did their homework and built one of the best LMSs I've used when it comes to user experience and the graphical interface. The layout is tidy and uncluttered, really easy to navigate and visually pleasing so I didn't have to rely on a large local support team. Everything runs smoothly, the system just works in the background, letting educators concentrate on teaching and students focus on learning without distractions.
Cons
I'd like to see NEO expand with far more functionality and configurable options specifically aimed at higher education so it better supports the broader idea of social learning. For example, I want features where students can self-organize into their own social learning arenas and richer tools that promote high-impact, meaningful interaction across cohorts and groups.

“great LMS implementation”
Pros
At ARNOS Online Education we've been running NEO LMS since the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year and today it supports more than 5,000 students and upwards of 150 educators. As an e-learning academy, I was tasked with finding a full-featured online educational platform that provides strong communication, thoroughly developed course content and enough flexibility to stay dynamic. We also wanted to introduce and spread our Ed-Tech teaching methods across the Greek market so they would become recognizable and trusted. Affordability was another key requirement: we needed a cost-effective system that combines both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools and services so it's accessible to everyone. That led us to choose NEO as a cloud-based solution that aligns with our concept. Our partnership with neolms.com has proven to be economically viable and practical, an easy-to-use option that fully integrates assignments, assessments and collaboration features. Through this LMS educators can track learners' progress, pinpoint weaknesses with a structured tracking process, boost motivation and provide targeted, personalized guidance to help each student improve.
Cons
I firmly believe there's always room for improvement, especially in education. What I'd really like to see added is more great statistical analytics, specifically yearly reports on user access and login patterns. Having annual-level data about when and how our users log in would help us better understand long-term engagement trends, spot recurring issues and make more informed decisions about scheduling, content delivery and support. In short, enhanced year-by-year access and login analytics would make the platform even more valuable for our institution.

“Personalized teacher mentorship”
Pros
Since we began collaborating with Cypher Learning and adopted the NEO LMS, I've noticed that teachers who use Neo's content-authoring, assessment and collaboration features do far more than simply deliver synchronous or asynchronous video lectures or grade students. They become ongoing mentors who can map out a step-by-step, student-centered learning path tailored to each individual. Neo's progress tracking, instant feedback and pop-up analytics keep me well informed about where every learner is struggling. Equipped with interactive pedagogical strategies, a range of EdTech tools and engaging lesson plans, teachers, myself included, are able to concentrate effectively on each student's specific needs and match support to the corresponding learning objectives. From my perspective that blend of analytics and resources truly shifts educators into personalized coaches, improving engagement and outcomes.
Cons
I honestly can't point to any aspect of NEO that I dislike. From my point of view it's an excellent platform for any educator who wants to get involved in the EdTech process and it provides the features and capabilities needed for teachers to actively engage and motivate their learners as well.

“great for gamification & integrations”
Pros
What I appreciated most are the gamification elements, the built-in online video-conferencing tools and the smooth integration with great third-party services like Google, Microsoft and Turnitin which really enhance usability.
Cons
For my part I would like more flexibility with custom reports and the ability to create custom HTML forms as that would greatly improve interoperability with other systems I use.

The customer service is top-notch, responsive to suggestions and customer requests. The platform's customizability for schools has served both our students and teachers exceptionally well.

“The best in the market! I have tried many LMS and none like NEO.”
Pros
NEO has everything! As a course creator and content integrator since 1996, I can develop academic solutions for entire regions, districts, and schools. NEO enables me to evaluate student performance across all levels and foster a community of learning among stakeholders.
Cons
As an educator, having offline capability is crucial, especially in areas with unreliable electricity. Students should be able to work offline and sync when connectivity is restored.
