Training resources provide an initial foundation but mastering LMS management and course creation requires a significant investment of time and trialanderror. Some data records were lost due to a lack of prior warning about the risks associated with making changes. Additionally weekend tech support is unavailable although it would be an occasional resource. Configuring slides to allow horizontal singleclick navigation is not straightforward currently users must load them individually or use vertical scrolling through the entire deck.

I really appreciate the 'Not Submitted' option in the gradebook, it makes reaching out to students who haven't turned in an assignment so easy, letting me quickly send them an email reminder.

I'm really impressed with this program, it's a powerful learning management system that helps me oversee the performance of all learners. It lets me focus on delivering a high-quality learning experience while bringing together the essential tools schools rely on to enable effective teaching and learning.

Honestly I can't think of any major issues with the platform. Online sessions and every part of the coursework have run smoothly without hiccups. It also doesn't cause students to struggle with understanding the subjects.

At my school, this was our first experience with a full LMS so aside from learning how to navigate the Turnitin sections, most teachers and students hadn't used a system like this before. We adapted to it very quickly with only a little explanation (and the help documents are genuinely excellent). Every professor here has remarked on how simple it is to set up courses, add materials and keep the layout clean and uncluttered. Speaking from a UI perspective, instructors who've had experience with other learning platforms almost always say they prefer this one and several students feel the same, including both of my daughters, who attend much larger and more expensive universities using other LMS solutions. The built-in gamification elements, the many options for group work and interaction, plus the steady cadence of updates and new features that integrate easily, make it a strong value. Because of that, teaching and learning remain the priority rather than wrestling with IT. Instructors don't need to become expert designers to have an attractive classroom and students aren't juggling multiple portals to find their course information.

Because the platform is relatively small I've noticed there are limits on customization and at the moment it's only LTI 1.1 compliant (although I know LTI Advantage was scheduled for Q2 2018). Even so the engineers respond fast and consistently roll out improvements and new capabilities.

I'm really happy that I can add content to my business courses without needing any programming knowledge. The interface is easy to get familiar with and I've even customized it to include my team's logos for our workflows.

We found the learning process really easy. It's very easy to use and presented in a simple, understandable way. Our team is using this platform for business and overall we think it brings a positive advantage, we genuinely like it.

For me the platform gives excellent editing tools that I actually use, they make building a training program easy and effective for our students' learning. I appreciate how quickly the tracking features respond, it works well on my phone and I enjoy being involved in that whole workflow.
