Overall I've noticed steady improvements over time. The system remains easy to work with and the current interface feels more modern and polished compared to the previous version.

Cons

The platform is getting better but still I've found the export options are pretty limited when I need to pull data such as bulk assessment or survey results. On top of that bulk section editing is a pain because I have to load one topic or course at a time and making changes to course settings is similarly constrained.

Pros

What I really appreciate is the platform's overall completeness and the strong way it connects with a variety of other technologies and I also like that all the information about the students, parents and collaborators remains completely secure and is not used for any purpose other than strictly educational ones.

I feel there should be more up-to-date tutorials on how to use it, directed at teachers, students and parents because given how feature-rich this platform is it needs to be used correctly.

We've found this tool incredibly helpful for delivering lessons to our students. It has kept learning going smoothly whenever in-person classes aren't an option making sure continuity for everyone involved. The platform includes such approachable, kid-friendly tools that even our preschool pupils log into the LMS almost every day to complete their performance tasks. The CL team are also pleasant to work with and consistently available to help whenever we ask.

Well I really like almost everything about it but I wish there weren't so many steps to get tasks done for example uploading materials, opening an assignment or starting an exam often requires too many clicks and procedures. It's not a deal-breaker yet if the workflow were aligned and some steps removed using the platform would be noticeably easier.

I've found this tool to be a fresh, cutting-edge eLearning solution that can be tailored to virtually any team or organizational setup. It's also easy to access and manage. The people at Cypher are quick to respond to ideas and feedback and their support team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I and other clients reach the goals we want from the platform.

Wish there was a simpler built-in way to schedule archive dates for individual users instead of having to tack on a deactivation step to a course.. that workaround feels clumsy. Setting an archive date directly on a user seems like a basic admin capability for any eLearning system yet Cypher makes this particular task frustratingly awkward and more complicated than it ought to be.

When I need to upload many users at once I run into a restriction: the platform caps bulk upload files at under a thousand records which is frustrating.

I also view this as a downside of using CYPHER Learning along with costs that can be considerable for some organizations and the constraints in deep customization which may not completely satisfy the requirements of those needing very particular features indeed
