What I like is having all student-related details in one place including attendance, assignments and grades. It makes evaluations and course management much simpler and I can also see how students are engaging with the content.

Honestly there's nothing negative I can point out. I feel like I haven't explored all of its features yet and from what I've seen it comes across as a very simple platform.

For me the app offers a smooth way for students to turn in homework and for teachers to review and grade it. Everything stays organized and I depend on it for all my current classes.

I've found updating homework to be rather tough and the app fails to send a notification when a student posts their submission as a comment on their assignment.

As both an administrator and a regular user I've found the platform surprisingly easy to pick up and move around in. We can set up the courses we want without fuss and the support team has guided us consistently throughout our time using the app. It's also really easy to locate and pull together our records which gives me confidence that everything is being stored and protected properly.

At the moment as an administrator I'd still appreciate a bulk unenrollment feature. It would also be helpful to have a simpler way to bulk-archive learners who are no longer active so we can keep the roster tidy without doing everything by hand.

The team I work with are an outstanding group. I find them highly accountable and quick to suggest solutions that fit our business needs. They also give excellent support in helping to make our initiatives successful

When it comes to integrating other applications I think there's room for improvement. For example support for digital badges, certificates and AI-powered apps.

For me the platform handles a wide range of tasks and offers extensive process customization. It's reasonably simple and easy to use and we managed to connect it with our other systems without much trouble. The technical support team has been outstanding.

I've found certain system limitations tied to how our team operates. A few have been fixed but we still have others that we handle through workarounds.

I find it supports multiple course formats, learner profiles, assessments and third-party integrations so we can leverage it fully within a K-12 school or organization. Compared with other LMS platforms we've tried before, I found implementation to be much simpler and quicker and easier overall.

I'm really impressed with CYPHER CoPilot as far as I know it's the leading AI for generating learning content. It suddenly made it easy and affordable for me to produce large numbers of bite-sized learning modules and I can even link them to competency frameworks and specific job profiles. That makes building out entire teams simple and highly aligned with our company's needs. I also appreciate how user-friendly it is, how easy it was to implement, the broad app store covering almost every digital-didactic requirement, plus the quickness and expertise of the support team.

I wish the redesigned UX were rolled out to everyone including options for branding and multiple languages because the feedback I've seen has been overwhelmingly positive.

this platform is fantastic for everyday use. Getting new hires set up with their training is easy because the system automatically adds them to all the right courses. We love that we can make it feel like our own by adding our logo and colours, and it works smoothly on our phones just as well as on our computers. The support team is also really friendly when you get in touch.

it does have some limitations for more complex work. If your job involves digging into data, you might find the reporting tools a bit too basic and the filters not detailed enough. It can also get slow and laggy when you throw a really large dataset at it. While the support team is great, they can take a while to get back to you with answers to the really tricky technical questions.

When we switched an external-facing online course from another provider to this tool, the whole migration went surprisingly smoothly. The team was incredibly friendly, clearly knew their stuff and responded quickly, helping us transfer our content in a very short timeframe. I found the platform largely simple to use and having 24/7 technical support has been a huge relief, responses come back fast and every issue we've raised has been resolved. We were also able to brand and customize nearly every part of the platform to fit our needs. On top of that, we integrated with our credential provider so completion certificates are sent automatically which saves us a lot of time.

Cons

I did notice that the reporting functionality could be more user-friendly, it isn't very simple. Because of that we relied on the CYPHER support team to help configure some of the specific reports we needed rather than being able to set them up easily on our own.

Pros

What I really appreciate is how effortlessly both instructors and students can browse courses on CYPHER. I've tried several other learning management platforms in the past and they usually feel scattered and generally pretty clumsy. Using CYPHER, I'm able to guide where attention goes much more effectively and most items are visible right from the main screen. Having the option to generate a downloadable gradebook has been a lifesaver and directly cuts down on hours of manual work for me.

Cons

This is a small gripe and I realize it's not critical but I wish CYPHER offered a more attractive color palette to make the interface gentler on the eyes. There should also be an option to disable the desktop notification sound since that alert can be unnecessary or distracting for some users who prefer a quieter workspace.

Pros

Being an educator I find JivoChat incredibly useful it's a big help for teachers and students who run into questions or concerns while using the LMS. The messaging tool lets me stay in touch with my students easily and the gradebook makes it simple to monitor their progress. I also appreciate that it integrates with MS Teams, Panopto and the Immersive Reader.
