There are also evaluation and assessment tools that make judging learner performance easy. I can build adaptive courses, learning paths and resources tailored to individual skills and competencies so everyone gets the instruction they actually need to develop. CYPHER Learning's architecture is flexible too which has made integrations with other tools, including Microsoft Teams, very easy for us. To keep people engaged, trainers can use gamification, awarding badges and points and creating playful activities, to break up the monotony and make learning more fun. The platform also feels very secure, it relies on advanced security and protection measures to keep our data and information safe from cyber threats. Overall I feel confident using it daily and would recommend it to teams looking for a great, secure learning management system.

My experience is that managing user access and permissions on the platform could be more simple. If the user management features were beefed up it would really ease administrative work for me and my colleagues. Also, while it includes gamification, I find those features to be fairly basic compared with other tools.

Since the pandemic began and up until students returned to in-person classes, I've found NEO to be an excellent ally. Letting learners reach materials whenever and move through lessons at their own speed has greatly relieved teachers. Because my school's curriculum differs substantially from others, I rely on this platform. The websites students might open elsewhere are already embedded inside NEO which I appreciate because it keeps them focused and prevents detours to unrelated activities. It also simplifies teacher workflow and supports our unique instructional design while minimizing distractions during class time daily.

There are a number of settings that I find hard to change in bulk for example the certificate school year, the start and end dates for each quarter's grading period and how grades are displayed. It would be better if there was a way to tick or untick courses that should receive those particular settings. I'm also frustrated that announcements won't accept uploaded images. In addition, a Grading scale we don't use can't be removed or hidden. It annoys me that old grading rubrics from archived classes remain available. There is also no guidance like pop-ups indicating ideal image dimensions for a profile, lesson, or class logo. Finally, syncing content is a headache because creating material in a parent course often triggers a pop-up telling me there is nothing to sync. That wastes time and causes me and colleagues to retrace steps and recreate resources unnecessarily often.

I really value having learning analytics that help me understand a user's academic performance, track competency development, map learning pathways and provide a personalized widget, it also supports adaptive and immersive learning, course creation and adapts to different teaching modalities like online, blended, hybrid and dual.

For me it doesn't allow for in-depth analysis of consumption data broken down by each individual educational multimedia product.
