Pros

Ever since the pandemic began CYPHER has acted like a reliable partner for our school and I fully expect we'll continue using it until children can safely return to conventional classroom routines. I've noticed teachers getting a lot out of the fact that students are able to learn at their own pace and can study whenever their schedules allow. Considering the distinct structure of our curriculum, this platform really proves to be a particularly useful resource for us.

Cons

I find things like the certificate year, quarter dates and how grades are displayed can be a bit tough to update all at once. It would help me a lot if there was an option to pick or unpick only the specific classes that should follow this configuration, rather than changing everything together.

Pros

I get access to online courses after I authenticate through our Profile Manager which itself ties into our Active Directory. The Matrix Learning Management System works closely with our support team to keep the infrastructure running that handles certificate issuance and the ecommerce side of selling courses online. We can also set up optional membership groups to control access or fees.

Cons

Personally I find the biggest drawback is the Platform's weak user security which seems to be the least liked part of the offering. When I look at the site's backend it appears that some intruders could potentially find it relatively easy to break in.

What I appreciate most about Cypher Learning is that I can design tailored courses aligned with our organization's goals. Their customer support staff are available to help me with technical problems. The platform feels easy and simple to navigate and I find it simple to deploy training by constructing learning paths that reflect the skills and goals of the learners we're targeting.

I can't find anything to fault with this tool. It's the nicest, most impressive learning management system I have ever used.

One of the things I really appreciate about Cypher is its user-friendly interface which makes it easy for me and other newcomers to find and access learning materials without any hassle. I also find it incredibly simple to create, organize and roll out trainings and courses and I don't need a deep technical background to do so. On top of that, I love that support is available around the clock, 24/7.

For me CYPHER will no longer be a problem as it only works offline. still, it only functions with internet help and I consider it a great learning app.

I've found email and online support to be useful overall but when something needs an immediate fix it's sometimes hard to get straight through to a real person for a live, person-to-person (P2P) conversation which can be frustrating in urgent situations.

I've found that it provides timely report-based updates that let us keep learning continuously and pick up new skills and knowledge. In my experience the platform helps both employees and students strengthen their understanding of concepts and it's noticeably easier to use than other platforms.

As a regular user I don't really have any complaints about the platform because the features are user-friendly and very helpful.. my only issue is that some people seem to lack knowledge about how to use it.
