“Outstanding Support”
Pros
I found customer service with Firmwater to be exceptional. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and I always had someone available to listen, support and help me understand and grow with the system.
Cons
For me, the only real downside is the pricing. It was great at first but as the number of users grew, the cost became harder to manage.

“Easy setup with quick live and email support”
Pros
Setting up and learning the system felt easy for me. I really value being able to connect with a live person when I need help and even email responses come quickly and with helpful guidance.
Cons
Support runs on a three-hour time difference, so they close earlier than we do. That said, I usually get answers early the next morning and if it's urgent, they've been willing to respond or even take calls after hours.

“Smooth and easy for beginners”
Pros
The overall user experience turned out to be smooth. It didn't take me much time to learn how to use the program and that made my first experience as a beginner much easier.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to mention about the product.

“Long time user, perfect experience”
Pros
After six years of using Firmwater, I can honestly say I haven't had a single complaint from myself or our 6,000 graduates. Whenever I made a request, the team either delivered it or gave me an even better solution. I once considered alternatives but quickly realized Firmwater offered more than I could leave behind. The way they go beyond expectations has kept me loyal.
Cons
When working with Firmwater support, I've always felt there's nothing to dislike. As an e-commerce business, every report and quick response ends up helping our revenue.

“Perfect for Training Company”
Pros
Our Firmwater LMS feels simple to use. With the option to create child accounts, the scalability is huge and I like being able to brand client portals by just uploading a logo.
Cons
It would be nice if Firmwater had a built in storefront feature but connecting it to Shopify for e-commerce sales is already very easy.

“Awesome LMS for Integration”
Pros
The integration with financial processing systems was one of the main reasons I chose Firmwater. I also appreciate that client managers have access to self-service features like subscribing, enrolling and tracking employee progress. The customer support provided along the way has been excellent.
Cons
The reporting features aren't fully customizable but since I rarely use them, it hasn't been a big issue for me.

“Audit activity helpful”
Pros
I like having the ability to audit activity because it helps me support customer engagement better.
Cons
I feel like we didn't use the product to its full potential, so it's hard to point out flaws. Maybe having a way for clients to run their own checks would have been useful.

“Training courses feels simple”
Pros
Integrating our Rise training courses with Firmwater has been very easy. Even linking our SAP orders to automatically sign people up for training feels smooth and simple.
Cons
Sometimes it's not very clear what each report will show. I wish it were simpler to set parameters and get all the information in one report instead of generating multiple ones.

“Easy to use with great custom branding”
Pros
The ease of use and simple navigation make this system stand out for me. Personalized customer service has been amazing and I've found it reliable and quick to learn. It's been helpful to create many client sites, each branded individually and to grant content depending on purchased training. Having the ability to customize even complex programs has been invaluable.
Cons
From my experience, I can't really say anything bad. Whenever I felt something was missing, the Firmwater team was quick to respond and focused on finding solutions.

“Great and Flexible LMS”
Pros
For me, Firmwater is one of the few LMSs built specifically for training providers. Hosting an LMS for other clients is exactly what I needed and this platform made it possible.
Cons
There's a small learning curve like with any LMS but I got through it fairly quickly and the support team was excellent throughout.

“Easy Shopify integration and bilingual certification”
Pros
The Shopify integration has made things simple for me and my users. It's great that we can provide different certificates, even bilingual ones where needed and the support team has always been ready to help. Once I understood the setup, building courses became quick and easy.
Cons
I rely a lot on reporting and while it works well, I'd love to see custom report building added. More control over design elements like fonts, colors and icons would also be nice, though I have to say the team has always been very accommodating when I've asked for appearance changes.

“Online training made easy”
Pros
Our company has relied on Firmwater since 2014 to manage online training. I've always been able to reach a real person who provides solutions right away. It's easy to create and manage users, assign training and track progress which makes the platform all-around great.

“great for imports and reporting”
Pros
At first glance, the LMS looked plain to me compared to fancier platforms but I came to appreciate its simplicity. It works well with imported courses and has excellent reporting features. It may be simple but it does its job effectively.
Cons
I found the terminology a little confusing at first and needed some extra explanation before I understood what each part actually meant.

“Easy tracking of clients”
Pros
I found the product simple and user-friendly from the start. Tracking clients and users has been easy with hardly any learning curve. The support I received was invaluable, with quick responses, detailed guidance and expertise in tools like Articulate Storyline. Without their consistent help, setup would have been much harder.
Cons
I haven't had any strong complaints, though when users report problems with trainings it usually turns out they're using outdated software. It would make things easier if I could directly see their device, browser and version details.

“Useful for integration”
Pros
Firmwater LMS feels simple for both my internal team and clients. Setting up secure, personalized client sites is simple and I really value that these can integrate with a client's own LMS. The content library makes it easy to manage and share training, saving me lots of time compared to our previous system.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is that I can't create custom reports on my own which sometimes slows things down.

“reliable and low overhead”
Pros
The ease of use and overall reliability make this platform a pleasure to work with. There's hardly any overhead and the learning curve felt manageable from the beginning.
Cons
In my work, we need very detailed records of user results and most other tools don't provide that. Firmwater has supported us well to make sure we can capture that info but I'd really like to see a built-in quiz engine that gives more advanced reporting.

“Extremely stable, no major issues after 25k trainings”
Pros
For me, the stability has been the biggest strength. Bugs can ruin an LMS experience but not with Firmwater. We've run more than 25,000 trainings on it and I haven't faced major issues or glitches.
Cons
When the LMS language was customized for us, a few small translation mistakes came up. They were fixed within hours which made me feel the team is quick and reliable, it ended up being more of a positive than a negative.

“Small Learning Curve but Excellent”
Pros
When I first started, it took a little time to get used to the navigation but once I did, it became very simple. My company quickly adapted and we still use it every day.
Cons
Getting started did come with a bit of a learning curve and teaching the rest of the company how to use it took effort but that feels like part of adopting any new system rather than a real drawback.

“Top for Training Companies”
Pros
I really like the white-labeled training portal. It has been a true differentiator when presenting to our B2B clients.
Cons
Some standard features I expected, like trial access, monthly subscription options, or fully customizable certificates, aren't available. The navigation could also be easier and small mistakes by users can sometimes create costly errors. I also wish I didn't need to depend on the Firmwater team to make changes in the portal.
