“The easiest to use!!
Pros
Over the years, I have tried plenty of platforms and I have to say it is the easiest to use with the best features. I also really like how we can communicate through it and also complete our training there. Plus being able to see job postings and apply right in iTacit is another huge plus!
Cons
It is incredibly easy to use and I would not change a single thing about the platform.

Pros
Once you are logged in, it is easy to find our way around. The modules are also clear and easy to understand.
Cons
We have had several login problems with staff members which has caused some frustration on the team.

It is simple to use, the support is great too and I like that it brings all our learning materials and training records together in one spot.
Cons
I think it would be awesome if it could add more interactive features, like giving hints during quizzes.

“Great learning management features
Pros
The learning management features are great as staff can log in, finish assigned courses and track their progress easily. In the past we used to rely on paper courses and spreadsheets but it has made the whole process more efficient and interactive. Employee engagement and communication are always areas to improve and the iTacit notice board makes sharing info with staff easier. The comment and like features also make it more interactive and fun for everyone.
Cons
As per me the reporting side could definitely use some improvement. With a large organization like ours, pulling education completion rates for all program areas can be slow and inefficient for bigger reports. Though the team is already working on a solution, as they always do whenever we raise a concern. Their customer service and follow-through are excellent. Plus the My Team feature which lets managers see their own staff's course completion has been a helpful addition.

Pros
This product is a really useful tool for online learning management and compliance tracking. All the information is right there whenever we need it.
Cons
I have gotten feedback from the home-level that there are often too many filters in the transcript manager and knowledge program manager making it overwhelming to navigate. So if there is a way to organize or enhance those features to be more user-friendly without removing them that would be great.

Pros
iTacit software lets us store, access and report on all kinds of items from training and documents to surveys. Plus it is easy for management to review and for staff to access.
Cons
There is no way to create custom reports which if possible would make it a lot easier for management to get exactly what they need.

“User friendly with simple forms
Pros
I really like how user-friendly the software is. Even the forms are simple to build and for employees to use. Uploading, updating and sharing documents with all users is also really easy.
Cons
One small issue is that when I update a dropdown in a form, it does not automatically update the active form in the Library.

“just love the customer service we get
Pros
One thing that I adore is the customer service we get from iTacit. Whenever we have a question, they are ready to meet and explain things further. They usually reply to emails within a day or two and they are always open to new suggestions and features which I think is really important.
Cons
I dont find it the easiest software to work with, there is a lot going on and sometimes you have to dig around to find what you need. But as I mentioned, customer service is always ready to help.

Pros
Customer service has been the biggest strength of using this product as they have been terrific. We also like the Transcript Manager for tracking who has accessed training modules, quizzes and knowledge checks. Creating courses was easy too and the demo videos were clear. We were really impressed with how much functionality is offered.
Cons
So far I have not come across anything I dislike about the product.

This platform is really simple to use which is essential for an environment with people who are not very tech-savvy. The mobile apps for iOS and Android look modern too and have all the features we need.
Cons
Its simplicity is a big plus but it can also be a drawback since it offers fewer features than some competitors. Still most users probably won't miss those extra features.

It works smoothly once we get familiar with it. So overall I would say it is pretty user friendly.
Cons
I think it would be nice to have more detailed resources. Some features that seem like they should be easy to turn off or customize just cannot be adjusted.

Overall it's a solid software. Even the Notice Board looks good and lets us comment and like posts, kind of like Facebook.
Cons
Setting up surveys is a bit complicated though it gets easier with practice. So yes I feel like this area could use some improvement.

“perfect launch timing for employee connection

We rolled out iTacit at the start of the pandemic which was actually the perfect time to launch a new employee intranet since staying connected became more important than ever. The notice board is a great way to share important updates and tips with our team and it even cuts down on mass emails.
Cons
The admin side is a little more complex and sometimes does not have all the options I'd like. For example, deleting a survey after it is launched or how survey results are displayed. The look is not as user-friendly too as its 2.0 version.

I like it as it is very user-friendly, easy to understand and well-organized.
Cons
One thing I would like is to be able to move employees to a different supervisor directly, not just through their role. I'd also like to delete media from the library thats been used in older posts maybe by archiving old posts or media.

For real we have not come across anything that's been a major issue. The system does need someone who is fairly tech-savvy but you do not have to be an IT expert.

Pros
The software feels pretty user friendly once we get used to the terms like i-course and knowledge program. Plus it is visually clean and easy to navigate whether you are an admin or an end user.
Cons
Building pages feels a bit limited. For instance, image placement is restricted to left, center, or right with no way to wrap text around it like in Word or PowerPoint. Media libraries and permission groups also seem separate for each module as it would help if they were linked or if there was one central library for everything.
