“Super user friendly interface and reports

Pros

The user interface is super user friendly. The system has a built-in authoring tool and handles SCORM content really well. Leaders in the organization can track and manage their teams training requirements in real time and the built-in reports are simple to use. Plus it's easy to pull data into external dashboards.

Cons

Right now the software does not have a built-in live video classroom feature.

Pros

iTacit is easy to use, affordable, customizable and modular and being able to start simple and add modules over time is really helpful.

Cons

There was not anything I disliked but it is very powerful on the backend so you need someone who knows how to make the most of all the data.

Pros

The targeting feature is really powerful and I hope to make better use of it down the road.

Cons

Well the API did not fit our needs perfectly and we have had some ongoing problems with keeping data in sync.
