I really like working with our account rep because he is the best. Plus having analysis tools handy for tracking and compliance is proven pretty important for us. The variety of training programs available for our stakeholders is also really helpful. And it is important that they keep improving based on customer feedback and communicate those updates clearly and iTacit does both really well!
Cons
There are some limitations with reporting as I mentioned in my survey.

Pros
Some of iTacit's strongest features are the document library as it is a central spot for all job aids, policies soPs and quick guides which makes version control easy. We also use the Forms feature which is an extra cost for some users but it is good to make sure specific protocols are followed by the right people at the right times. Their customer service and quick responses are another big plus and if you are not sure how to do something, you can just ask!
Cons
I would say the challenges I have faced with it are that some parts of the platform feel a bit complex for someone like me who is not an LMS expert. But that complexity does mean you can do almost anything with course creation and reporting you just have to learn how. I also do not think they have a report yet that shows the last login date for each user.

iTacit has completely transformed how we handle training in a positive and far-reaching way. We are thrilled with the results. Also users find it engaging and like using the Notice Board to stay in touch with other locations. Even admins like how easy it is to manage.
Cons
To be honest I cannot think of anything I like least about it. There are a couple of very specific reports I'd prefer to see formatted differently but that's just based on my personal preferences and uses so it would not be fair to list it as a downside.

This tool is really helpful for keeping track of our nurses ongoing education. Features like exporting transcripts and auto-generating Excel sheets make administrative tasks much smoother. I have also found their customer support to be great as our support rep is always available when we need help and even suggests features that could be useful for us.
Cons
We'd like to see a few extra features in it like being able to embed links in certain areas and simpler permission settings. I'd also love if you could add permission groups or new facilitators right while you are using them, instead of having to open another tab in the backend to create a new group first.

iTacit LMS does a great job of meeting our needs and the needs of our learners. What we have liked the most is their willingness to work with us at ReThink Ability to build specific components we needed for an accessible platform for external users. Their customer service is also outstanding as they are helpful, quick to respond, flexible and proactive in supporting us.
Cons
A few parts of the backend were tricky at first as they were not very user friendly. But the online and one-on-one training has been really helpful and continues to be.

Pros
One thing I really love is having training and forms all in one place. Also it is much easier now to see where someone is in our process. Before we had to check three different apps to get user info but now we just check their iTacit profile. There is no more dealing with hard to read handwriting and the required fields make sure we get all the info we need. This has really helped us handle the growing demand for EHR access. Turnaround times are shorter now too. Before requests used to take 15 to 45 minutes and now it's more like 10 to 20 so we can get more done each day.
Cons
One small issue I have noticed is with letters that have accents. In other systems, if you search for a name without including the accent, it will still show users that have accents. With it, you have to be exact otherwise it won't display the person unless you type the accent correctly. This has made it hard for some of my team to find users because they did not realize there was an accent in the name.

Pros
The learning management features are great as staff can log in, finish assigned courses and track their progress easily. In the past we used to rely on paper courses and spreadsheets but it has made the whole process more efficient and interactive. Employee engagement and communication are always areas to improve and the iTacit notice board makes sharing info with staff easier. The comment and like features also make it more interactive and fun for everyone.
Cons
As per me the reporting side could definitely use some improvement. With a large organization like ours, pulling education completion rates for all program areas can be slow and inefficient for bigger reports. Though the team is already working on a solution, as they always do whenever we raise a concern. Their customer service and follow-through are excellent. Plus the My Team feature which lets managers see their own staff's course completion has been a helpful addition.

One thing that I adore is the customer service we get from iTacit. Whenever we have a question, they are ready to meet and explain things further. They usually reply to emails within a day or two and they are always open to new suggestions and features which I think is really important.
Cons
I dont find it the easiest software to work with, there is a lot going on and sometimes you have to dig around to find what you need. But as I mentioned, customer service is always ready to help.

Customer service has been the biggest strength of using this product as they have been terrific. We also like the Transcript Manager for tracking who has accessed training modules, quizzes and knowledge checks. Creating courses was easy too and the demo videos were clear. We were really impressed with how much functionality is offered.

We rolled out iTacit at the start of the pandemic which was actually the perfect time to launch a new employee intranet since staying connected became more important than ever. The notice board is a great way to share important updates and tips with our team and it even cuts down on mass emails.
Cons
The admin side is a little more complex and sometimes does not have all the options I'd like. For example, deleting a survey after it is launched or how survey results are displayed. The look is not as user-friendly too as its 2.0 version.

The software feels pretty user friendly once we get used to the terms like i-course and knowledge program. Plus it is visually clean and easy to navigate whether you are an admin or an end user.
Cons
Building pages feels a bit limited. For instance, image placement is restricted to left, center, or right with no way to wrap text around it like in Word or PowerPoint. Media libraries and permission groups also seem separate for each module as it would help if they were linked or if there was one central library for everything.
