“User friendly platform”
Pros
One thing we value most about itslearning is how well they listen to us and take the time to understand what we actually need as a customer. They are quick to respond and willing to adjust the platform to fit our requirements which has made the collaboration feel very productive. We've also had a continuous and constructive dialogue, particularly when it comes to course development and that has helped us keep improving the learning experience for our students. On top of that the platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate for both staff and learners.
Cons
At this point we really haven't come across any major issues. If there's one area we'd still like to see grow, it would be more advanced AI tools to better support both teaching and learning.

“useful activities, confusing navigation”
Pros
There's a nice range of activities you can build in it and being able to add external links, videos and other materials is really helpful. It also works well when adding students to multiple courses at the same time which saves effort.
Cons
Certain tasks require opening a new window because once you move forward, you cannot always go back afterward. That makes the platform feel less user friendly. On top of that some photos or links occasionally disappear and having to add them again is pretty frustrating.

“strong planning and support”
Pros
itslearning has grown into an amazing, enterprise-level LMS that works as a central hub for teaching leadership and quality assurance. One feature that really stands out is the Plans tool which gives course creators a clear way to map resources and learning objectives in a structured flow. That organizational strength is backed by an interface that is very user friendly even with how feature-rich the platform is, navigation stays user friendly enough for both experienced admins and first-time users to handle everyday tasks without much trouble. The platform is especially effective at encouraging interaction between students and teachers through tools like internal messaging and real-time feedback, helping online learning feel more connected and personal. On top of that their customer support has been outstanding. They genuinely listen to our feedback and make a real effort to meet our specific needs, offering responsive, people-focused help that makes a big difference when dealing with complex administration.
Cons
The biggest issue at the moment is accessibility for users with hearing or visual disabilities. It is clear the company recognizes these gaps and is working on updates but right now WCAG compliance is still a serious concern especially with inconsistent screen-reader support in older tools and no built-in automated captioning. As a result, even though the platform delivers a strong pedagogical experience, it still is not fully inclusive for every student which is a significant challenge for institutions that prioritize universal design.

“Great platform with good UX”
Pros
The platform is pretty easy to navigate and the overall user experience is good. It feels like a complete, well-designed solution rather than a collection of separate tools pieced together.
Cons
One issue is that it's difficult to communicate improvement ideas and have them heard. Integration with our Microsoft setup especially Teams and Outlook, is also fairly limited and the mobile app for parents needs a lot of work.

“fantastic lms tool”
Pros
Compared with many other LMS platforms I have used, itslearning is exceptionally user friendly for students, teachers and admin staff alike. The usability is honestly among the best I have seen and that really sets it apart in the market. It comes across as a very pedagogical, time-saving solution that helps both teaching and administration run more efficiently, so people can focus on learning instead of figuring out the technology. I also really appreciate how structured and systematic their approach to updates and improvements is because it leads to a platform that feels stable, reliable and consistently user friendly overall.
Cons
An area that could be improved is making the platform a bit more adaptable for vocational education. Because it is designed with simplicity in mind, there are moments when a few more options and choices would be welcome although at the same time, simplicity is also part of its strength.

“practical tracking for everyone”
Pros
It's a very practical LMS that lets teachers and the support team, including school leaders, monitor how learners are progressing. On top of that parents can also keep track of their child's development which is a real plus. The platform is simple to use and the interface can be adjusted at any time based on the learners' level, making the content more engaging and appealing.

Pros
Reusing courses from one year to the next is really easy and it helps a lot to have a clear record of everything that was taught.

“Feature packed tool”
Pros
Using itslearning every day has made things much more manageable for me. I genuinely appreciate how user friendly it is and how many features it offers.
Cons
From time to time small bugs show up and support isn't always able to fix the issue quickly. There's also an ideas portal where you can submit suggestions for improvements but that doesn't mean they'll actually be developed. One thing I especially feel is missing is the ability to create checklists.

Pros
This works well for both teachers and students. The layout is also easy to navigate and update and there are plenty of ways to customize and build content to fit different needs.

“useful platform with room to grow”
Pros
At the beginning this product fit our needs really well. Over time though we noticed some of the modules we needed were either missing or not included in the platform. To their credit, itslearning has been adding new modules based on the needs we've had but the rollout of those updates could definitely happen faster.
Cons
It does not work very well for the lower grades in Swedish schools and seems better suited for higher education levels. The licensing is also annoying as even going over the limit by a small amount can lead to a much higher cost as a penalty.

Pros
It didn't take long at all to understand. It seems familiar especially with the itslearning office in Malmo and support cases are handled in a short amount of time.

One thing I'd still like is some kind of green light indicator to show when participants are online. It would also be nice to have more built-in digital features, like being able to record lectures directly in the platform instead of relying on PowerPoint.

“Offers strong support”
Pros
This platform is very easy to use and it offers a lot of useful possibilities. The planning tool makes it much easier to keep a clear overview of the course and the Office 365 integration is something I really appreciate. Students also seem to value the mobile app quite a bit. On top of that the support team is very reliable and it's nice to see the product continuing to improve over time.

“excellent fit for hybrid learning”
Pros
When we launched a new set of hybrid programs, itslearning ended up being exactly the right platform for the job. The O365 integration was especially valuable because students did not have to juggle multiple screens which made the system feel like a true one-stop hub for everything they needed. On the student side the layout is very easy to navigate and the ability to build more interactive pages with learning paths was incredibly helpful for scaffolding learning and giving students chances to practice skills before moving forward. From the admin and teacher side, it was just as user friendly and adding new content or enrolling students was simple, even for someone with very little experience. The student engagement tracking also gave us really useful insight and made it easier to step in quickly when support was needed. We did not end up needing to connect any other apps but the implementation team was consistently helpful throughout and I am confident they would provide the same level of support to any future customer.
Cons
Honestly it delivered everything we needed, so I do not really have any recommendations for improvement. If anything, one thing worth mentioning is how frequently the communications team shares updates and it is clear they are always working to improve the platform and keep it aligned with broader sector needs.

“Amazing progress tracker!”
Pros
We are so glad that all the communications with the childrens parents are so smooth and consistent. It is the main benefit of "learning" for us. There are numerous ways to contact parents and inform them of their childrens progress and what is happening in the classroom. All the documents can be downloaded, uploaded, and kept in one place.
Cons

“One of the best applications when it comes to education and communication!”
Pros
The capability of maintaining communication with parents is the main benefit of this software. There are numerous ways to contact parents and inform them of their childrens progress and what is happening in the classroom. “Makes for fun, remote learning; a few feature shortcomings.”
Pros
I have to use itsLearning when Im ill to make up for the work I would have missed on normal school days. Being able to ask the teacher to create tests for me when Im unwell is helpful because I might have important assessments coming up. The program, further, allows me to seamlessly connect with my professors and peers. When you visit the platform’s website, youll notice various page cards that will help you find a course quickly. You may simply locate a particular class using ClassLink, another helpful feature. Because it allows me to see upcoming deadlines, I particularly like the tool’s planner page. Through the settings, quizzes can also be taken, and they include multiple choice or lengthy response option alternatives.
Cons
There are a few drawbacks of the software, however. You can only fit so much information in it. Also, I’ve always had issues with itslearning on my schoo’sl WiFi. Constant and time-consuming updates are required for the program, for sure. Further, every time the server is down, the application crashes. In the messages area, outdated messages shouldnt be included in a distinct column, it would make more sense if we could either archive them or move them to trash.

Pros
One thing that really works well with this product is how many different types of resources I can add, from meetings and embedded content to videos and links for warm-up activities. It gives me a lot of flexibility when putting lessons together.
Cons

Pros
Most of my classes were hosted on this platform and I mainly used it for submitting assignments.
Cons
It is quite limited in terms of how much information you can actually add. I used it back in high school but in college we switched to Blackboard and I definitely prefer Blackboard a lot more. “Great shared learning hub”
Pros
Having one shared space where my students and I can connect for learning has been a real plus. We rely on the calendar to keep everyone on track and the messaging tool helps us stay in touch without any hassle. I can also share resources with the whole class and organize collections of learning materials so students can explore them whenever they need. As a teacher, time matters more than anything and itslearning is convenient enough that it gives me some of that time back so I can be more creative and enjoy the rest of my day.

“google drive sync is a win”
Pros
Using the Google Drive integration has been a big plus because I can send a document to students and all of their edits are automatically saved into a folder for me to review and assess. The quick messaging feature is also really useful since it lets me communicate with students in a way that feels a lot like texting, while still staying within the school setting. On top of that the assessment tools work really well for adding digital tests and students can see their results right away which is very helpful.

Having both the Itslearning website and mobile app really helps keep everything together, so it's much simpler to stay on top of announcements and course content in one place. The assignment deadline column on the right, along with the events section and grade tab, does a good job of making sure nothing gets missed or forgotten.

Right from the start this software has been dependable and consistently does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's accessible, packed with features and gives me everything I need to create, share and grade assignments for my classes without trouble. Those core tools perform really well and the many additional options are also functional and work just as advertised.
Cons
The thing that holds it back is that it's not always very easy for students to use. There are often extra steps to reach certain features and some parts feel repetitive. Pros
Staying connected with teachers is much easier on itslearning. It lets students keep track of assignment deadlines, check grades, see announcements and monitor attendance all in one place. It really works like a virtual classroom and makes the whole learning process feel more digital organized and efficient.
Cons
One thing that could be better is assignment submission. Right now it only allows direct template uploads and I'd really prefer the option to upload an assignment in advance and schedule it to be submitted automatically at a set time.
