I find the customer support team to be perfect as they're incredibly responsive and always fix issues quickly. The staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care about what clients and users need from the LMS. I also find it extremely simple to look up users and keep track of their training progress.

Personally I'd like the site layout to be easier for people who aren't tech-savvy, it's a bit clunky for non-technical users although I know the team is actively working on improvements. The user interface feels outdated to me but I appreciate that they're already making efforts to modernize it.

I like that it enables running custom reports, branding pages for different audiences and user groups and makes uploading courses easy.

A feature I really like is that it lets me track Resources directly and includes a built-in evaluation survey or assessment tool as part of the platform.
