When I was the main admin everything ran smoothly as we scaled I shifted into training and that transition went well too. Bulk uploading a group of users or changing an employee's reporting line quickly seems tough as the company expands and people move roles. That said I'm having some trouble generating summary reports but I only just began using that feature and haven't had time to fully explore its capabilities.
