The process involves too many steps that don't fit our business model, making some parts feel redundant. It would be great if I could disable certain functions and go straight to the results, like skipping from role to required courses without all the extra steps.

When I was the main admin everything ran smoothly as we scaled I shifted into training and that transition went well too. After getting comfortable with the platform it honestly feels simple, very focused and thoughtfully designed.

Bulk uploading a group of users or changing an employee's reporting line quickly seems tough as the company expands and people move roles. That said I'm having some trouble generating summary reports but I only just began using that feature and haven't had time to fully explore its capabilities.

The platform feels easy to use, unlike many clunky sites I've tried and the support team has been noticeably better than others I've dealt with.
