Access to subject material beyond Wikipedia is something I value and I appreciate that much of the content feels like textbook-quality material alongside effective instructor interaction and quizzes.

A recurring issue for me is getting emails about courses that I don't care about and searching for particular information can be frustrating and difficult.

From a student's perspective I find it easy to navigate and compared with other LMS platforms I've used I appreciate the consistent uptime without maintenance interruptions.

I've found adding classes or enrolling students into those classes can be a bit of a hassle. I'd prefer a tabbed layout instead of the current long list of links along the left-hand side.

What attracts me most is the low cost combined with how easily I can personally brand my portal.

It's genuinely satisfying for me that small teams with fewer than 100 users can use the platform free of charge and I feel supported as my organization continues to grow.

What I like is the freedom to put together a package that matches my exact needs. The layout is fairly simple and I find the controls simple and easy to use.

My main frustration is that customer support is limited to email only. When I'm dealing with issues during a webcast, waiting for an email reply to troubleshoot isn't practical, particularly because there's only a 15-minute window before the event to log in and run any tests. I've used other platforms that allow earlier access for dry runs and functionality checks and that beforehand access makes a big difference for live events.

I find the platform incredibly simple and easy to navigate which makes getting started convenient. When I've needed technical assistance, the help desk has been fantastic. They get back to me within 24 hours and are always very supportive. They even provide complimentary LMS access for the first one hundred users which I appreciate.
