“Definitely on my top 5”
Pros
It's remarkably easy to use with a clean interface and intuitive navigation making it self-explanatory. No downtime interruptions were experienced.
Cons
The price is somewhat beyond our team budget. Despite being a small team of three trainers we cater to over 500 learners.

“I found that this LMS is broken.”
Pros
Nonfunctional with a very archaic setup making a retry unappealing. The setup requires technical support.
Cons
It is extremely nonfunctional and not user-friendly. Having used other LMS in the past this one is challenging to use.

“Excellent software that is intuitive.”
Pros
Logical progression through the process points relatively easy to use and provides a necessary resource for customers.
Cons
Certain functions could benefit from "smarter" technology to avoid repeated efforts like name recognition with new entries. The software should suggest it knows what you're inputting and update pervasively making the information easier to find.

“An overall good experience: good LMS great customer support”
Pros
A very reliable LMS with superb support staff resolving issues promptly and providing friendly assistance. Latitude values client input and actively works on incorporating desired features.
Cons
The interface and system design are occasionally user-unfriendly but Latitude is actively working to improve both. The interface may look dated but Latitude is making efforts to address this.

“We did a lot of searching before selecting Latitude Learning as our LMS. Good value.”
Pros
A very user-friendly LMS for non-HTML users to set up and operate. The product's value for a company of their size made it an easy choice and recent upgrades have further increased satisfaction.
Cons
When searching for several people by name it would be beneficial to streamline the clicks needed to perform multiple searches at a time.

“full-featured customizable LMs but sharp learning curve”
Pros
From my perspective I consider it a full-featured LMS with a wide range of capabilities and customization options that let me tailor it to my needs especially for compliance training with strong tracking and reporting.
Cons
My experience starting out with this LMS was intimidating. Since there are so many customization settings and a large number of features, I had to invest significant time to really understand the platform before I could complete the setup. There's honestly no shortcut here with a system this feature-packed that learning curve is inevitable and unavoidable.

“Reliable compliance and user management”
Pros
As part of an organization we've relied on this platform for distributing training materials and I've been pleased with how reliably it has handled compliance courses and user management over several years.
Cons
I don't have major complaints about the platform yet I wish there were more short tutorial videos that walk through basic admin features. For instance when I first started using Latitude it took me several hours to figure out how to personalize the home page and get it looking the way I wanted. Given that I was working with the free LMS tier I understood that some effort was required, so I wasn't upset about needing to put in some time or eventually invest in paid features.

“Password reset process hassle”
Pros
For my use I find the interface polished and professional making it easy for my company to support employee learning initiatives, upload SCORM content and rely on responsive, professional support.
Cons
For me the password reset process was a bit of a hassle because it felt overly complicated and every reset message from the system consistently ended up in my email's trash folder.

“HTML skills needed for tweaks”
Pros
What stands out to me is how impressed I am by the platform's layout and feature set, particularly the PayPal integration and the ability I have to customize branding at both website and business-unit levels.
Cons
In my experience I found that you need to be quite skilled with HTML to implement many of the custom tweaks, otherwise you end up having to hire a developer. For a small business like mine, that extra expense really undercuts the cost benefits I was expecting from using this LMS.

“flexible branded exam platform”
Pros
In my role as an administrator I feel the Portal offers me excellent flexibility to build a branded SmartPM or PMP exam-prep solution that aligns with our programs.
Cons
At the moment I don't find anything to complain about although I'm constantly discovering new and varied features that help me raise our educational programs to much higher levels of functionality.

“excellent functionality and service”
Pros
Based on my experience I've found the functionality excellent with very few issues and I believe the exceptional customer service truly sets this product apart.
Cons
In our industry many people aren't computer savvy so I think the user interface could be smoother and more simple, it needs improvements to be friendlier for less technical users.

“Tedious test result compilation”
Pros
At the time I adopted it I appreciated that it didn't cost anything especially since my requirements were basic and didn't justify additional spending.
Cons
Back when I used it there wasn't a easy way to compile or summarize the completed test results. If I wanted to spot patterns of correct versus incorrect answers for each question I ended up having to go through every finished test by hand which was tedious and time-consuming.

“freedom to tailor experience”
Pros
From a personal standpoint I like having the freedom to tweak and tailor the experience as much as I want.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to any specific feature I dislike. If something doesn't align with what I need more often than not it's because I haven't used it correctly or set it up the way it requires

“free platform for small teams”
Pros
It's reassuring to me that a small team can rely on this platform as a free foundation for presenting SCORM material.
Cons
For me allowing a larger number of free users would increase its appeal because then I could show it to a client as a proof of concept and later scale up the user count.

“difficult course upload experience”
Pros
From my experience as a learner I find the interface extremely simple which helps me stay focused while the simple sidebars make navigation much easier.
Cons
When I try to upload and modify courses the whole process feels glitchy and can easily overwhelm someone using it for the first time.
