At this point I don't have any complaints about Leapsome, it's lived up to my expectations so far and hasn't let me down.

Sometimes I find it overwhelming since it offers so many capabilities I never end up using ,feels like a washing machine loaded with way too many functions.

I do notice a couple of shortcomings worth mentioning: its quite hard to use for new users and the mobile app experience is somewhat limited when I need quick access or on-the-go review. Even so, I still consider it to be a really strong platform that, in my view, more than a handful of organizations are aiming for , helping build a culture of continuous improvement and driving a more engaged workforce. As some folks at Leapsome would say, you can expect substantial benefits if it's rolled out thoughtfully.

One of the main things I appreciate about it is its performance management suite, it makes setting tailored objectives and key results smooth and supports routine check-ins without issue. the tools are clearly built to help people get steady feedback and keep tabs on how goals are moving forward. In my experience Leapsome also makes rolling out L&D initiatives much more practical , the individual development plans and goal-tracking capabilities really give people the means to steer their own career paths. On top of that, the customization and reporting options are strong and let our organization tweak the platform so it fits the specific needs of each department.

The main drawbacks are the cost and the learning curve. The platform is expensive compared to competitors especially as you add advanced features and it']'s not fully easy some teams needed extra support to use it effectively.
