Leapsome is great tool to set quarterly goals. Overall I would say it is very helpful for managing employee growth and running satisfaction surveys. I also really like how you can break down big goals into smaller, specific actions which works for any team. That makes goals more concrete and easier to track. Plus I value having a private, interactive platform that keeps things confidential. Lastly setup was simple because the software is so easy to use.

Maybe the follow-up notifications are a bit much. As I get too many when I link it with Slack.

The learning modules are also very helpful especially the manager course, which came at the perfect time after my promotion. The interface is simple too, so I never have trouble finding what I need. Overall I had a great experience. All my training sessions are stored in one place, so I can easily search for specific info or review old material whenever I need to. I can also redo trainings if I notice a gap or weakness which is really helpful. Plus I love the interface as the layout and colors make navigation pleasant. Overall everything is well organized and easy to find. Plus setup was incredibly simple, I mean one of the easiest systems we have ever started using.

Cons

When I was an intern, I could not view some reviews but they still appeared on my dashboard as due which felt pointless and annoying. Also I'd like the system to follow company access rules, so tasks I am not allowed to see or act on are hidden. That way, employees only see what's relevant and permitted for their role.

Honestly I couldn't point out any real drawbacks. To me the left-side progress bar was a standout feature since it made our training progress crystal clear and easy to track throughout each course.

Managers can see their team's results right away and the action-planning tools are especially useful for turning feedback into clear next steps.

I also like the reminders as they prompt me to refresh goals and add feedback consistently, so nothing slips through the cracks. The setup was smooth too and everything I needed appeared as soon as I signed in.

I wish the dashboard were clearer. Plus if I could see my goals, recent feedback and upcoming reviews all in one place, it would be much easier to know where I stand without having to click through multiple sections.

Leapsome looks and feels amazing as overal lit is simple and clean, so I got the hang of it right away. I did not need a tutorial as everything was easy to find and made sense. I also like the Slack integration as it reminds me before Monday calls so I can prepare. Getting started was not a problem tool as all I had to do was log in.

Well I have been using it for a year now and genuinely have no complaints whatsoever.

Having used many similar platforms, I find it pretty user friendly. I have just finished eight training modules and several surveys and the interface really stands out. The main thing that needs fixing is the meeting notes feature. For now it is confusing how past notes get carried over to new meetings as it is not clear how or why that happens. I have had old notes end up in the wrong meeting, which means extra cleanup. So clearer defaults or better guidance on setting up meetings would be the most helpful improvement.

Personally I really enjoy Leapsome's clean, engaging interface because it actually makes using the platform enjoyable. Also it saves me a significant amount of time-especially when I need to build training sessions since I can quickly upload a slide deck or drop in a quiz. The in-house training tool also cuts down on external costs and getting started with the platform was pretty easy too.

I feel like the layout of a few tabs could be improved. Right now the Goals button shows company-wide goals by default which feel like they are assigned to everyone. So I'd prefer it to show my personal goals or my team's goals first, with an option to filter and see everyone's goals when needed.

Once we got it set up performance reviews ran without a hitch. The learning paths were fantastic and let us create organized employee development programs and set clear goals. It's also handy for handling one-on-ones and training all in one spot.

setting up the review questions and juggling multiple review versions far more complicated than it needed to be. The pricing model is also a poor fit for mid-sized teams , paying per module instead of all-access quickly balloons costs once you reach around forty employees. In the end, the price outweighed the value we got.

The customer support team always responds when I have questions or concerns and I think the pricing is very competitive for the set of services provided. Onboarding was smooth and teammates picked it up quickly which I value.

I would really like the org chart to be more interactive and let me show specific field values beneath each employee , for example performance review outcomes, age, location or which 9-box grid cell they fall into. The Compensation Review tool could also use some refinement right now it's presented as one very long form, whereas I'd prefer to see the whole team at once in a more interactive, spreadsheet-like layout for side-by-side evaluation. Those improvements would make the tools much easier for me to use when I'm reviewing people and planning compensation decisions.
