The thing I really like is being able to share and update goals and sharing meeting notes has also made a big difference.

Cons

Some integrations are quite limited and I also cannot upload documents to an employee's profile which is a real drawback.

Pros

Leapsome is user-friendly and saves me time. Plus it is faster to click through options than to type everything out. I also use it to set goals which makes tracking and measuring team performance much easier.

I really like that it combines everything into a single, handy location which makes it easy for me to handle things during meetings. Beyond that the platform's simplicity is something I value a lot. The agenda feature particularly shines because it's user friendly and easy to operate.

It is pretty easy to use. The best thing is that I can find everything I need on the same site and move quickly to the sections I want.

Nothing major just a few small interface issues like notes not saving or being hard to find. They were not deal-breakers though as I was always able to fix them.

I use Leapsome to complete training, set yearly goals and track my progress easily. It also helps me support a positive workplace by recognizing coworkers who make a real difference.

Leapsome is great tool to set quarterly goals. Overall I would say it is very helpful for managing employee growth and running satisfaction surveys. I also really like how you can break down big goals into smaller, specific actions which works for any team. That makes goals more concrete and easier to track. Plus I value having a private, interactive platform that keeps things confidential. Lastly setup was simple because the software is so easy to use.

Cons

Maybe the follow-up notifications are a bit much. As I get too many when I link it with Slack.

What I really like is the clean interface as everything seems easy to use. Setting goals is especially helpful for me. Since I struggle with short-term memory, having a system to track my progress privately and across the company has been a lifesaver. Plus performance reviews are easy to submit and being able to leave anonymous feedback makes it comfortable to speak up. It is also great to have a place where I can genuinely praise a coworker without it feeling forced. On top of that, setup was quick and effortless.

Right now I cannot think of any major drawbacks. But it might help if the learning path feature were easier to connect with tools like Google Docs, Notion and others.

Leapsome is my favorite for 360 degree reviews and how clearly it shows team structure. The learning modules are also very helpful especially the manager course, which came at the perfect time after my promotion. The interface is simple too, so I never have trouble finding what I need. Overall it is truly user-friendly.

It is very flexible and complete for managing performance and people. It also supports ongoing feedback and development, makes goal alignment easy and keeps things transparent across the company. Overall it is very accessible and easy to navigate.

Overall I had a great experience. All my training sessions are stored in one place, so I can easily search for specific info or review old material whenever I need to. I can also redo trainings if I notice a gap or weakness which is really helpful. Plus I love the interface as the layout and colors make navigation pleasant. Overall everything is well organized and easy to find. Plus setup was incredibly simple, I mean one of the easiest systems we have ever started using.

Cons

When I was an intern, I could not view some reviews but they still appeared on my dashboard as due which felt pointless and annoying. Also I'd like the system to follow company access rules, so tasks I am not allowed to see or act on are hidden. That way, employees only see what's relevant and permitted for their role.

Every training on Leapsome is pretty good and the platform's interface was simple and easy to navigate.

Cons

Honestly I couldn't point out any real drawbacks. To me the left-side progress bar was a standout feature since it made our training progress crystal clear and easy to track throughout each course.

Personally I find the interface familiar and easy to navigate as there was almost no learning curve for me.

So far I have only been using it with my team to collect feedback and run one-on-ones and I have not come across any blockers yet.

I really like the UX as it's particularly simple to start writing a review and then return to it later. Also my data never gets lost and the whole site is user friendly and easy to use.

What I really like about Leapsome is how it helps us collect employee feedback both through planned surveys and in casual moments like after town halls. It is also great for gathering opinions, building trust and guiding decisions in an easy to use manner. Onboarding and support were outstanding too as the team really knows the product. I even value the ongoing help from our account manager. Plus the tool is simple to manage and the AI assistant, Leapy, gives quick answers to admin questions. Managers can see their team's results right away and the action-planning tools are especially useful for turning feedback into clear next steps.

I can track my goals, offer feedback and monitor progress all in a single spot which keeps things tidy and helps me concentrate on areas for improvement. The check-in prompts steer discussions well and ensure meetings stay on track. I also like the reminders as they prompt me to refresh goals and add feedback consistently, so nothing slips through the cracks. The setup was smooth too and everything I needed appeared as soon as I signed in.

Cons

I wish the dashboard were clearer. Plus if I could see my goals, recent feedback and upcoming reviews all in one place, it would be much easier to know where I stand without having to click through multiple sections.
