“Easy to use with a wide selection of courses
Pros
Getting around the platform is not a problem and it is very easy to use. The best thing is that every department found useful courses from the wide selection available.
Cons
One of my least favorite part was that some of the training videos felt overly long without providing much useful information.

The system is extremely easy to use and their support team is quick to help us with any technical problems that come up.
Cons
Nothing much but a single sign-on can be glitchy at times. Another issue I noticed is the lack of specialized learning modules for certain departments such as the ER or Obstetrics.

Initially, I struggled a bit with figuring out how to assign a course to an employee but a fast chat with customer support cleared it up right away.

Pros
For tracking all of our compliance needs in a single, centralized system is simply amazing. So overall MedTrainer is a fantastic solution.
Cons
I feel like like the Incident Module could use an upgrade to offer more customization for the different types of clients using the platform.

“Dashboard for client tracking is amazing
Pros
the platform is incredibly intuitive. The dashboard is a standout feature, it's so useful that I regularly share it with clients for real-time enrollment tracking.
Cons
My one and only disappointment is that the software does not let us automate form uploads which would help us avoid manual copy and paste. It is the only feature that has fallen short and I am really hoping they add it in the future to become a true all-in-one solution.

There is nothing about MedTrainer that I find appealing. It's a terrible company with questionable employees and unethical business practices.
Cons
I experienced lost wages due to poor performance, and nothing was done in the first six months of enrollment. It took eight months to get credentialed in the only important insurance, and there was a delay in insuring monthly payments.

Pros
I truly enjoy how simple MedTrainer is to use and navigate for both students and admins. Assigning courses, training documents and protocols is not hassle anymore. Our experience with MedTrainer as an LMS has been very successful.
Cons
I have experienced some delays in getting support from the customer service team, as not all responses come within 24 to 48 hours. Occasionally, the system lags and it takes a while to update a course, training document or bundle. I also wish we could create and generate our own custom reports for analytics.

Pros
What I like most about MedTrainer is the online training aspect. We have never encountered a situation where an e-course was not available. We also use the credentialing feature to manage all our files, which is user-friendly and includes great features like color-coding for documents needing updates.
Cons
The incident reporting system is user-friendly but has some quirks. The setup was complicated and did not perform as expected. Although the incident form is customizable (which is a great feature), our systems configuration requires users to escalate each incident, which has caused some issues.

MedTrainer lets me assign a bundle of courses to our new users which ensures everyone gets the same training. The courses are interactive and designed to encourage users to explore all the information within the modules.
Cons
The only issue we face is needing to enable pop-ups in our browser to access courses but thats an easy fix.

The installation process was pretty simple and hassle free. I had a dedicated customer service representative who guided me through all the modules and was available whenever I needed assistance. They were very responsive.
Cons
We keep running into problems with courses not completing in the system but our customer service rep has escalated the issue and we hope to have it resolved soon.

Being internet-based, MedTrainer offers a wide range of courses to train our staff.
Cons
I have had a frustrating experience with the staff and customer service. They seem more interested in making sales and constantly pushing referrals and upselling, rather than delivering good service. When I needed help, it took weeks before someone finally responded.
