Using MedTrainer is simple whether you are an administrator or a learner. Also the dashboards are clear, simple to interpret and easy to get around.
Cons
It has become much harder to pull simple reports. With our large, multi-division company I used to easily generate a report anytime to see who had unfinished training but thats no longer a simple task.

Cons

It's super helpful how easy it is to keep track of payer enrollments and build custom reports. I live in the Provider Enrollments dashboard, though I wish it showed a couple more pieces of information. Also, having all the approved packets in one spot with the Privileges and Appointments section is really convenient. I especially like how it links straight to the provider's profile
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the Credentialing tools just do not work well for our needs. I am also frustrated that updates often seem half-finished and they disrupt how the platform works and force me to find temporary fixes or perform the same task in several different areas.
