The onboarding team was very pleasant and the software would be excellent if it functioned properly.
Cons
The sales team promised one thing but delivered nothing. They expected me to handle the work to make the system function properly. I was assured that the credentialing apps would be included in the system, but they were not. Then, I was asked to obtain them myself before they would add them to the system.

“Great Streamlining Product
Pros
Integrity is a trait we hold in high regard at our company, and it's clear that the customer support team at MedTrainer shares this value. With five years of experience in credentialing across multiple states, I find this software offers a range of tools that streamline the credentialing process. It's user-friendly and the reporting tool provides a handy "at a glance" reference, which is very useful. I would recommend this software to both small and large companies as it serves both well.
Cons
At first, there were issues with staff communication and the products abilities, but these problems have since been resolved.

We were sold a product that was supposed to be functional but it ended up not working for our company.
Cons
The software falls short in credentialing capabilities, which we were assured it would have. We were sold on the idea that it would be ideal for our company, but our experience has been quite disappointing. There were frequent delays and runarounds in addressing our issues, with slow response times from our contact. The reporting feature did not meet our needs and overall, we were very much dissatisfied.

The demo did not accurately reflect the actual product. Not happy at all.
Cons
I completely agree with the other reviews that the salesperson oversold the product. We were instructed to input all the necessary information and they promised to "make it work for us." After spending a lot of time entering data, we discovered that they couldn't meet our expectations or deliver the promised features. After trying the product for a few months, we decided to terminate our contract with a 30-day notice. However, they refused to resolve our termination request amicably, claiming we had not given the proper 30-day notice. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM...

“Caused More Work for my Staff and MedTrainer Would not Permit Us to Cancel Subscription
Pros
The pricing was more competitive compared to other options.
Cons
The salesperson oversold the product and it did not perform as we had expected. After a few months of use, we gave a 30-day cancellation notice but we are still stuck in the contract a year later because MedTrainers customer service did not meet our expectations either.

Pros
I make full use of nearly every feature MedTrainer offers and I particularly value the contract management, documents & policies, incident reports, employee center and the courses and learning tools.
Cons
The program can be a bit slow at times when refreshing to a new page.

Pros
MedTrainer provides a wide range of courses that are beneficial to our company. We can also create our own courses and policies if the existing ones do not meet our needs. The entire system is very user-friendly and helps us stay on top of our compliance requirements.
Cons
MedTrainer is excellent software and we rarely encounter problems with it.

Using MedTrainer is very simple as all the training is easily accessible to both users and administrators. While the interface is decent, the customer support is exceptional.
