“Gives me a clear view”

Pros

It lets me keep the topics to cover arranged week by week and everything is organized by subject and academic year so I always have a clear view of what to study next.

Cons

Sometimes I run into errors when the grades won't load or when messages fail to send which can be frustrating when I'm trying to check my progress or communicate quickly.

“Simple to stay in touch with classmates”

Pros

Being able to keep track of every assignment from all of my classes and to see exactly what I submitted and when really simplified my undergraduate life. It also made it much easier for me to stay in touch and communicate with classmates.

Cons

I'm not thrilled with the UI, its layout feels clumsy. Speaking as someone who develops software professionally, I'm probably biased but I genuinely think the interface could use a cleaner, more polished design.

“Positive experience of 4 years”

Pros

Throughout my four years in university I relied on it every day. There I found all the materials that complemented what we covered in class and I could participate in the discussion boards and write my own reviews whenever I wanted.

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say about the system. I didn't experience any problems at all during my use.

Pros

it's very easy to use, logging in is quick and the whole system works efficiently which is especially helpful for those of us who make heavy use of technology every day.

I can't think of any downsides. Its quite simple.

The best things are how easy it is to use, the smooth functioning and the ability to share study materials with others.

Haven't come across any problems while using the platform so far and it works smoothly for my needs.

This app is incredibly convenient and as a student, it really supports me now that online classes have become the norm.

Cons

No issues with this app so far because it consistently meets my needs and works extremely well for me.

The standout thing about Moodle is how user-friendly it is. Everything is simple and clearly laid out to guide you as you use it.

Honestly I haven't come across anything I dislike about the app. In my view it doesn't really have any disadvantages.

Pros

I can see teachers set up timed quizzes and define exactly how long each one lasts which I think is a good way to assess how well students work under pressure. I also like that the platform lets me track my progress across each course and keeps me informed about assignments that are due.

Cons

Overall I'm satisfied with most of Moodle's features and how it functions but I do think the user interface could be improved.

“Broad array of tools”

Pros

I've found that it includes a broad array of tools that make it highly useful for online education, whether I'm working as a course administrator, teaching as a lecturer or participating as a student. The discussion forum capabilities and online marketing tools are genuinely practical and the built-in plagiarism checker is a particularly handy addition.

Cons

It did take me a while to become comfortable with the platform and to learn how to use all of the various features when I first began using it.

Honestly I find it convenient, easy to use, smooth and reliable.

I was able to focus on the learning without having to deal with any headaches from the tech. Cant complain!

Pros

From my experience it ranks among the best open-source learning management systems out there. It includes almost every feature a school (starting from elementary through universities), company or organization could ever require and it also supports a wide range of plugins so I can extend its functionality when needed.

Cons

That said I always felt the user interface was a little dated and not very user-friendly so in my view it could use a fresher, more convenient design to improve the overall experience.

“Not hard to find your way”

Pros

After I got the hang of the layout, I actually find it really easy to move between sections.

Cons

I'm a bit annoyed by how my assignments are grouped although I'm pretty sure there's a setting I can tweak to change that.

“Can see grades immediately”

Pros

One thing I appreciate is being able to see my grades immediately after finishing a quiz or test.

Cons

What frustrates me is that I can't open quizzes or assignments when I try to access them.

Pros

I really appreciate that it offers a locked-down, safe and secure virtual learning environment. I can link all of my resources and quizzes there and it helps me keep students' materials neatly organized in a simple Moodle setup.

Cons

Honestly I'm not thrilled with Moodle's plain background as it feels a bit bland. I find the visuals and graphics aren't always compelling so they sometimes fail to capture my students' interest.

“Very easy to handle product”

Pros

I find this product extremely easy to use. I was able to set up a website for all of my classes without any issues and my students had no trouble locating every resource I uploaded to it.

Cons

The interface feels somewhat dated and I think it could benefit from a visual refresh to make it more engaging to use.

“Issues while configuring database”

the software is pretty simple, easy to access and very well designed.

I ran into really serious problems when setting up the database for Moodle, a strange missing file error kept appearing.

This platform is really simple to use. I can find everything I need in one place. I also appreciate the links to other helpful student resources like email access and a spot where I can organize and plan my studies.

Cons

Personally, I'd love to get notifications, say a heads-up before a deadline or a reminder when a test is coming. To me, that kind of alert functionality feels like it's missing from the app.

“Feels natural”

Pros

I've found the interface really logical. It makes it simple to bring people together and pick suitable dates for meetings or events.

The recent update felt like a step backward. I thought it made the platform much more difficult to use.
