There are things that could be improved and I feel that adding a shared interactive whiteboard for students, plus a section dedicated solely to them, would make the environment warmer and more comfortable. I think this would even attract more users to the platform.

As an instructor, I can customize the resources and course materials to fit the specific character of each course, doing so in a contextualized way that responds to students' needs and interests and I retain oversight of the learning workflow and the completion of assignments through both individual and group reports.

I've found that you really need to invest time studying the platform and practicing repeatedly. The deeper my familiarity with the tools has become, the better outcomes I've achieved and there are a whole lot of very engaging features for building and running virtual classes.
