Pros
Moodle has been the most successful platform for our Early Childhood Educators to complete their training. It is extremely easy to navigate, even for our older staff members. The self-paced format means if someone only has time for two out of four modules, they can stop and resume later. You can also go back and print certificates whenever you need to.
Cons
Our only issue is that while work is self-paced, if you lose your internet connection mid-module, keep in mind that it does not save your progress and you have to start that module over from the beginning.

My favorite thing about this software is its flexibility. It is excellent for customizing courses, tracking progress and managing all our learning materials from one central place.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit outdated and overwhelming especially for new users. Plus I noticed some features are also difficult to navigate without proper training.

Cons

Cons
Well the interface seems outdated and less user friendly compared to newer LMS platforms I used. The initial setup can also be complex and time-consuming especially for non-technical users, though hiring an official Moodle Partner can help with setup and support.

One thing I noticed is that I cannot view any files directly in the app as it forces me to download a separate document viewer. The app also does not notify me when an assignment has been successfully submitted.
