“Helped me catch up on lectures!”
Pros
During my university studies, I used Moodle to catch up on missed lectures, documents and assignment details and it helped me greatly.
Cons
We occasionally had issues with uploading files to the software and finding downloaded information could be tricky because the layout was controlled by the management side.

Pros
Having a mobile app makes it incredibly convenient and easy to access everything on the go.

“Great website and mobile app”
Pros
Both the Moodle website and the mobile app are great. The interface is very user-friendly making it simple to move through courses and materials. The mobile app is especially handy for studying anywhere, which has been a big help for my work.
Cons
One annoying issue is that when I am scrolling through a course and open a section, clicking back always returns me to the top of the page instead of my previous spot which makes it hard to quickly find what I was looking at.

“Easy to access from anywhere”
Pros
You can access it on your phone, through a website or on a desktop app which makes it easy to get to classes, courses and files from anywhere. The platform is also simple to use and customize.
Cons
The internal email system can be unreliable, sometimes failing to send messages to all students. There also seem to be connectivity issues for students using Hotmail, Outlook or Yahoo instead of Gmail.

“so easy and dynamic”
Pros
It is a user friendly platform that is easy to use and very dynamic.
Cons
Sometimes when a PDF is added, it opens a download prompt instead of a new tab. I am not sure if this is a setting chosen by the person who uploaded it but it is not ideal for me.

“Fantastic open-source flexibility”
Pros
The fact that Moodle is open-source is fantastic. Also it is extremely flexible, so we can tailor the experience for our users. There are also lots of plugins to further customize the learning environment you are building.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you are not an experienced developer. While there are many resources available, it can feel overwhelming at first.

“Empowering and accessible”
Pros
Open-source design gives us the flexibility to adapt the platform to our university's specific needs and teaching styles. Its wide range of built-in tools for assessments, collaboration and content lets faculty create engaging courses without relying on many extra plugins. The strong focus on accessibility also ensures all students including those with disabilities have equal opportunities to learn.
Cons
While its flexibility is a major strength, it can also lead to inconsistent course design and confusing navigation if it is not managed carefully.

“I LOVE ITT”
Pros
The Moodle app is a really convenient tool for both students and teachers. I love the automatic sign-in, it saves us time and takes us straight to our learning. The dashboard is especially helpful because it shows your recent courses, letting you jump right back in without any searching. The simple, user-friendly design makes handling assignments, finding resources and tracking progress seamless, which dramatically improves the overall learning experience.
Cons

“Keeps all materials available”
Pros
It keeps all the course materials available for as long as we need them.
Cons
Well it does not offer much room for customization. The video player is not very user friendly and makes it difficult to skip forward or backward to review specific parts of a lesson. And the overall functionality feels rather basic.

“Keeps all my assignments together”
Pros
As a daily user, my favorite thing is how Moodle keeps all my assignments and course materials in one place. Being able to access notes, tasks and grades anytime makes it much easier to keep up with my studies. The calendar feature is also a big help for managing my workload and tracking due dates.
Cons
The user interface can be a bit confusing especially when trying to find old assignments or resources. I noticed it is also easy to miss important updates from instructors. Uploading assignments can be problematic too as the system often struggles with larger file sizes.
