Communication between teachers and students works well through chat, forums and shared announcements. Sharing large files and submitting documents by a set deadline is also simple which makes organizing work much easier for us.

The user experience is not always very user friendly, it would be better to include some usage guides.

At our institution, Moodle provides excellent service for the collaboration between teachers and students. The platform is very useful for both sides as it helps manage feedback activities for different subjects and gives students easy access to their study materials. We also find its practicality, customization options, role management and assignment features very helpful.

The profile customization area is what I liked least as it feels too basic. It should allow for better aesthetic personalization and could really use a direct button to link messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram to make communication between students and teachers easier.

Well there is nothing that really stands out here. Unfortunately I am just a learner myself and I would switch to another platform immediately if I could.

The worst part is that it constantly crashes while loading pages. On the mobile app, videos do not resize correctly to fit the screen and we cannot fast-forward both of which are standard features on almost every other platform.

There is definitely a learning curve with it and some people may find it technical. So it is very helpful to have a team member who specializes in it or you can hire a Moodle Partner for configuration.

Its design seems a bit outdated compared to more modern LMS platforms which can affect the user experience. New users, especially admins also face a steep learning curve. Even with extensive documentation, the initial setup and course management can be challenging.
