Pros
The study dynamics and the way subjects are presented are great. My favorite feature is that it tracks your progress so you can always pick up right where you left off. Plus being able to review old materials is also really helpful for remembering key points.
Cons
Nothing much but the slow support response is my least favorite part. While I know they are thorough, the delays can disrupt my study schedule especially with high user demand.

“perfect tool for hybrid classes”
Pros
The COVID-19 pandemic made my university studies switch from 100% in-person to 100% virtual overnight. At that time, the university took on the responsibility of managing this platform for the students and the truth is, it could not have been easier. The professors adapted to its functions without trouble and even after the pandemic, it has remained a perfect tool for hybrid classes with some professors deciding to stay virtual forever. The comfort and practicality it offers are top notch
Cons
My only criticism is about the mobile app design. It is much less user friendly than the mobile website, so I usually prefer to just use the browser on my phone.
