“Ease in Organizing Assessments”
Pros
Neo LMS has made it exceptionally easy to organize assessments. The platform provides a virtual space where we can efficiently conduct student assessments through its assignment feature, streamlining the assessment process and enhancing student learning.
Cons
One area that could see improvement is the attendance feature. It would be more beneficial if we could divide the dates into quarters or grading periods, allowing for more precise tracking.

The LMS is very easy to navigate. Classes and folders can be customized, and lessons are easily synced to child classes. Progress is easily tracked.

Attendance could be better if date ranges could be customized and counted per quarter or semester. Its quite time-consuming to input dates one by one.

“Teacher's partner amidst Pandemic”
Pros
Neo LMS, or Blink as we call it, has been with Berkeley during the pandemic up until now, helping us bridge the learning gap between teachers and students. Using the LMS, it is easier to embed videos in our lessons, and we can check if students watch them with different assessment tools.
Cons
I do not have a least favorite part because I appreciate every tab and function of the LMS. I suggest we get training on how to use gamification to utilize this feature more.
