Implementation is very easy, and the process for creating content, courses, and paths is pretty simple. The platforms base is easy to navigate as an admin.

Cons

Some features should be editable or customizable to improve the user experience. There is no drag-and-drop content option or ability to change the location of widgets, menus, boxes, etc. This could enhance the user experience.

Pros

I like the features that are periodically updated, and the ability for teachers to check assessments and calculate grades.

Personalization features for assessments are limited (cannot personalize groups). Gender options should include male, female, and non-binary. Pulling scores for groups is not an option.

The flexible pricing plans are reasonable and offer great add-on features and customization. The tech support is very responsive, thorough, and available 24 hours on weekdays. I love that there's an app available for learners. Frequent updates enhance my experience as an administrator regularly.

Training aids help you get started, but you need to invest a lot of time and trial and error to manage your LMS and build courses. I lost some completion data because there was not a hard stop warning. There is no weekend tech support, which I did use occasionally. Also, I cannot configure slides to move horizontally in a single click; I have to load them individually or use a vertical scroll.

Absentees, marks, schedules, accounts, and reports cannot be printed from this platform. It is not compatible with iOS.

There are numerous features that can be toggled on or off. It seems to have everything we need to meet our LMS goals.

Better documentation is needed. There are no user manuals. Searching for help is time-consuming and does not always yield what you are looking for. You have to implement many things to understand how they work. I wish the relationship felt more like a partnership; we are mostly on our own until we message for help, which can take a while to get a response. I wish there was someone to call for direct answers.

The support team is fantastic. The system is very easy to use. The dev team is constantly adding new features requested by the community, and the feature set keeps growing.

With the continuous rollout of new functionality, certain bugs exist (as they do in most SaaS), but the team is always on it. Some features do not work as expected. The reporting seems robust but is quite quirky, and a lot of data you did expect to be captured is not.

It functions, but theres very little positive to say about it. It would have been an excellent platform around 2000.

The format is primitive and hard to use; it would be easier to write a web page to host than using this. They billed us for significantly more time than we used and used legal jargon to prevent contract cancellation. Their support was rude despite admitting fault.

The organization is clear and easy to find, optimizing your time. The quality of materials, including videos, lectures, and quizzes, is excellent. Grades are easy to find and view. There are many language options to set your environment and profile. The forums allow for discussion with classmates and teachers.

The price is an issue; I did not pay anything, but my teacher paid to have the course available. Registration requires finding a username and password. It would be better if we could use a student email account.

It is a good authoring tool with good integration capabilities, including many different apps such as Google and LDAP integration. Everything works well out of the box.
