“Dynamism of Matrix”
Pros
Matrix LMS is very easy to use and has many features that allow an organization to maximize the benefits of self-directed learning.
Cons
Although the platform allows for report customization, there are so many options that it can be overwhelming. I wish there was a guide to help the administration department identify the important data.

“Matrix LMS Review”
Pros
I like the ability to customize and brand the platform.
Cons
Reporting, initial onboarding, and ongoing support could be better. Student enrollment in face-to-face workshops and SCORM file compatibility on all devices are poor. The app is challenging to use and does not offer a smooth experience.

“NEO LMS Review from the Perspective of a Network of Schools”
Pros
The most important features for us are competency tracking and score rules. NEO LMS is easy to navigate because of its social media-like interface.
Cons
Although competency tracking is available, there is no way to export reports on competencies. As a network of schools, this feature is vital for us. A built-in item analysis for quizzes would also be beneficial, allowing us to identify which items to replace without needing another tool.

“Flexible learning portal with fast support”
Pros
It's our all-in-one solution for managing training, whether online or in a classroom. Before Matrix, we spent a lot of time managing classroom training. Users can self-enroll, we can manage waitlists, and assessments can be uploaded for marking, providing an excellent audit trail. We can also manage multiple brands within one portal, saving on both costs and administrative effort.
Cons
There was a significant price increase about two years after we started using it. It is still good value for money, but it left us in a tough spot if we did not get approval for the extra funds, as we did have to switch learning portals again, which is a big effort. However, they did help us transition smoothly, which we appreciate.

“Drone Operations Review”
Pros
Each school has its own fully self-managed portal. We can have two parents monitor students' progress, and the career adviser at the school can also oversee the students. Instructors have complete control over the courses, and competencies are mapped back to ASQA requirements. The internal messaging system between students and teachers operates in a safe, controlled environment. Instructors can enroll students in the next courses and use benchmark answers when marking assessments.
Cons
I found it quite straightforward and do not have anything negative to say, except it took me some time to learn how Matrix handles things, which are all very intuitive.

“An excellent portal for LMS and more recently an LXP solution at the same price.”
Pros
There is a diversity of training solutions available. The portal has only fallen once in nine years of daily use. Integration of dozens of add-ons really helps the training process.
Cons
It does not integrate a SCORM export solution. The customer service is extremely slow and limited, offering only brief answers and not focusing on solving the administrators problems. Sometimes the response time is 5-7 hours, even within the US time zone, which is very frustrating. Participants must pay monthly to access the platform, even after completing the course. Initially, they could check their account and diplomas without paying and only paid if they entered the course. Now they have no access unless they pay.

“Learner's Best Friend”
Pros
Its overall flexibility has been one of the main features that have helped both administrators and users accomplish learning and complete tasks. You can fully customize lessons and subjects to fit the students you have. As an administrator, you have control and statistics on student performance and learning. As one of the best platforms for e-learning, NEO has made it easy and efficient for users.
Cons
Occasionally, there are sync issues when copying information from the masterclass. One needs to be meticulous and detailed in their settings to get the desired experience for students or participants.

Pros
I like the features and how it looks. It's very visual, the mobile app is great, and the courses are easy to follow.

“Great Experience”
Pros
This software is used to create and maintain an online training portal for our organization. From a user perspective, it is very easy to navigate and allows those creating the training to optimize videos, quizzes, and written submissions.
Cons
As a user, I have not encountered any problems. The administrator of our training materials has been very happy with how well it has worked to create and upload new materials and to help users navigate through the content.
