“Simple setup and easy to navigate
Pros
It's super simple to get employee training set up and the platform itself is very user-friendly. What's great is that there are also plenty of powerful features available when you're ready to dive deeper.
Cons
The platform can be slow to load and sometimes throws errors while we are working which interrupts tasks. So I feel like the whole process could be more streamlined.

Pros
Schoox has a user-friendly interface that works well for both learners and administrators. I like that it also offers the flexibility to create personalized training for different job roles, along with great collaboration tools like discussion boards and forums.
Cons

I believe this software is scalable for any stage of a company's growth. We can start with training for a single department or deploy it as a universal platform for everyone.

Pros
It brings together skills development and career pathing in a single platform, reducing the need for multiple HR or L&D tools. The design works for both admins and learners and I like that it offers a mobile-first experience with offline learning.

Pros
My favorite thing about Schoox is its user-friendly interface which is easy to navigate as both an admin and a learner. “creative and engaging tool but poor support
Pros
This has been a fantastic addition for our team's development. Creating tests is really simple and we love that we can give awards to our top performers. The integration with HotSchedules makes it easy for staff to access everything, and the admin tools give us a lot of creative freedom. Another great benefit is being able to share training materials within the wider Schoox community.
Cons
The support team could not explain how the leaderboard works and when I proved the ranking was wrong, they blamed other factors. They also have not replied to multiple emails about website problems. It was frustrating not having clear information on advanced features from the start. As a large quick-service restaurant chain, we were unhappy with our previous LMS and were hoping for a better alternative.

Pros
My favorite aspects are the wide variety of learning materials and the simple interface. The self-paced learning is also perfect for managing a busy medical school schedule.
Cons

Pros
The basic functions like adding a user or a course are fairly simple to use. It's a streamlined, no-frills LMS in every way.
Cons
It was missing a lot of common features you'd expect such as carrying over course progress when updates are released. “Schoox: a training allrounder.
Pros
We have been using Schoox for a while now and can say a lot of good things about it so far. The thing we have loved the most about Schoox, despite its plenty of cool features and capabilities like tracking and reporting, is its complexity and capacity to expand along with our business. It can be made as small or large as we like. Additionally, it interacts with HotSchedules, which for us was a major factor that had us sold from the get go. We have heard others complain about their customer service, but for us, they have always pulled through.
Cons
When we first started using this system, it lacked the business functionality we needed, like the ability to merge users, mark courses as completed, and import users on a regular basis. But as we went along, they sorted out these issues. Its fantastic that they have solved them and that they keep adding new features. Additionally, this software should have a polling or survey feature. It is at best simplistic, and it would be nice if it offered a free-text or open response option. Finding the right courses can be a little difficult at times. I wish updating some of our SCORM/interactive material was simpler.

“Managers can launch fresh new courses using a drag-and-drop dashboard.
Pros
There are several aspects of the Schoox system that I have come to really enjoy. The user interface is very functional and simple. Our users like the fact that it is a simple system to use. The majority of activities are rather easy to do. It is also simple to revise content! You can successfully set up the system as long as you have a clear idea of your organizations hierarchy and content arrangement. With this software, you can also easily get insights into the skill sets of your staff. It offers recommendations for thorough, specialized learning, which we really love.
Cons
Support is really our worst enemy with this one. I was told that a previous coworker had added me to our company beforehand, but I continue to get error messages when trying to access my account. Ive been unable to use the system for some time now, and none of my support channels have been able to offer me any urgent assistance. Being unable to access the system is obviously a huge concern for me, as the organizations training manager and a super admin in the system. Despite having a decent user interface, administrative duties are at best inconsistent. I dislike having to rely on the Schoox staff to make repairs.

“It offers cutting-edge technology that enables you to create a seamless experience.
Pros
Schoox is a training technology that changes the game entirely. Anyone working in the food and beverage, hotel, or family entertainment industry is missing out on a lot without this software in their life. I personally love the numerous features and the ongoing addition of new ones. Another thing to love is their customer service, which is just excellent. Whenever I have come across any issues, they have always been on point in getting me the help I needed. They have pretty seamless software that allows us to get everything done exactly how we want it.
Cons
Just a couple of things to note about the cons. I was given the duty of starting up the training program when we made the decision to formalize it. I had trouble using Schoox because I am by no means a learning and development manager. We experimented with TalentLMS, which I found to be a bit harder than Schoox, but much easier for beginners. However, in the end, we ultimately decided to go with Schoox since we knew we would eventually need to recruit an L&D Manager who would be more adept at using it than I was, which we did.

Pros
Schoox is packed with features and functions, including tracking, reporting, and its ability to scale with our company's growth. We can customize it to fit our needs, and the integration with HotSchedules was a major selling point for us.
Cons
When we decided to establish our training program, I was assigned the task of setting it up initially. I'm not a Learning and Development Manager, so I had difficulty figuring out how to use Schoox. We had experimented with Talent LMS, which I found to be much simpler for beginners, although not as customizable as Schoox. “Future Potential, But Painful Present
Pros
The user interface is highly intuitive, and our users love how effortlessly they can navigate through the system. Most tasks are simple to complete, and re-versioning content is a breeze. With a clear vision for our organization's hierarchy and content layout, setting up the system effectively is achievable.
Cons
The support is extremely poor! We've had terrible experiences with notifications, and recently I even received a notification that I had been terminated from our academy. Another notification claimed that a former employee had added me to our academy, yet I still receive error messages when I try to access it. I haven't been able to access the system and haven't received immediate assistance from any of my support channels. Needless to say, as a super admin and the Training Manager of the organization, not being able to access the system is a MAJOR problem. While the user interface is pleasant, administrative tasks are inconsistent at best. I dislike having to rely on the Schoox team to fix and adjust things on the backend. Frankly, I am concerned about the integrity of the system, and I am not comfortable with other entities having 'back door' access to our system.

Pros

Cons
They provide no support and deflect it back to the company level, without adding any value. They ignore errors on the website. Many times, when I complete a course, I don't receive credit. Pros
Having limited experience with an LMS program and content development in my previous company, I can now see the abundance of features it offers after witnessing its utilization in another company.
Cons
With any new software, I was confident that it could offer more than what I initially knew. Therefore, it was frustrating not to be aware of all the 'higher level' offerings right from the start. Pros
Setting up and navigating the software is easy for both administrators and users. The administrative tools allow for creativity in customizing the setup, and the ability to share training within the Schoox community is a significant advantage.
Cons
When integrated with another system, many of the built-in functionalities of the system are lost. It also creates confusion with certain setup elements, such as the admin setup for the organizational structure. Additionally, you need to ensure that your courses include all relevant content since the search functionality is not optimal.
