“Choosing SkyPrep Was a Wise Decision

Pros

I had a very positive experience with SkyPrep. Their support team is highly knowledgeable friendly and always ready to assist whenever we encounter any issues. SkyPreps LMS software is incredibly user friendly easy to manage and has facilitated remarkable growth for our company. It truly lives up to its claim of being an LMS without the mess.

Cons

Honestly I cant think of anything I dislike about SkyPrep LMS. Its intuitive easy to use and fulfills all our training requirements for both internal and customer facing purposes.

Pros

We genuinely like the simplicity of the software. Setting it up was straightforward and required minimal training. SkyPrep makes it easy to create learning materials without any unnecessary complexity. The reporting suite within the platform is a standout feature allowing us to access data easily. We particularly love the ability to favorite reports saving us time and reducing unnecessary downloads.

Cons

The integration options are somewhat limited and we hope to see more integrations with other apps in the future. We also wish for improved automatic email functionality especially at the group level to send reminders to users in progress. Currently we have to manually run reports and send emails to users who have not completed their training.

I love using SkyPrep. As both a user and an admin I found it to be true to its promises. There are no hidden charges and the support is excellent. Setting up and going live with SkyPrep was relatively easy. Uploading third party or inhouse content is a smooth process. The user interface is sharp and user friendly both on computers and the mobile app. The single sign on feature is convenient for employees not familiar with online learning.

Cons

One feature wed like to see is a content creation tool similar to PowerPoint or Articulate within the platform. While we can upload content having an all in one solution would be beneficial for us.

I have used various LMS products in my 20 years in the industry and SkyPrep impressed me the most. It offers all the essential features plus additional ones in a clean and user friendly interface.

Cons

While there is a learning curve with any new platform SkyPreps ease of use and intuitiveness help mitigate this challenge. I am also excited about the upcoming feature of downloading content through the app.

Occasionally there are minor issues when content loads for learners but they are not disruptive. These issues may be due to user error and have not been confirmed.
