The overall ease of use is beneficial for conducting virtual training of monthly employee requirements. Initial training on the platform is minimal, requiring a walkthrough from an experienced admin to become instantly functional.

Cons

While there isn't a specific aspect I like least about this platform, I did face a couple of 'hiccups' during my initial use. However, I successfully resolved them independently.

There are some features that could make things easier for our somewhat unique purpose. For example, having an embedded code to link the training database to our website would allow people to look up their training numbers without admin intervention, among other helpful features.

SkyPrep facilitates easy tracking of employee training. Once a formatting plan for the LMS is established, SkyPrep offers most of the tracking options needed to monitor employee learning progress, allowing the assignment and tracking of training for anyone in the company.

As an admin, the system is very user-friendly, with straightforward processes for uploading content, creating user accounts, courses, and learning paths. Quick responses from the SkyPrep team and the implementation of feature requests add to the positive experience.

We faced technical issues not experienced by other customers. Diagnosis and resolution took time due to our company-specific matter.

Importing training content and organizing it into courses and learning paths is easy and efficient. Bulk user imports are streamlined through a csv file format.

Inconsistency in displaying course and learning path information to learners is noted. For instance, learning path descriptions aren't visible when viewing the list of assigned paths but are visible in the list of completed courses.

I would like the reporting to be a bit more robust and user-friendly. While I can get what I need, some work is required. Another small improvement would be returning to the previous screen when switching back to my admin account after checking a learner's progress.

I desire a feature to replace videos in the Resource Center. Our videos often need updating, and it would be wonderful to easily replace a video, similar to documents, without having to delete it, upload a new one, and add it back into all appropriate courses.
