The only drawback, now resolved, was the inability to place Google links in SkyPrep. Storing originals in Google Drive allows us to edit from the Google side, ensuring materials in SkyPrep always stay current.

The SkyPrep team responded quickly to our queries and took the time to understand our concerns. Because of this we successfully able to create a portal that is user-friendly for our customers.

I have not found any major flaws with SkyPrep or their team. They have been able to address all of our needs effectively.

SkyPreps customer support has been exceptional. They have been fantastic in developing requested software features, providing accessible helpdesk support for questions, explaining things clearly and maintaining a positive attitude in every email or phone interaction.

Cons

With any software, whether it is an LMS or not, there are always additional features you might wish for. However, I believe the value we get from our investment in SkyPrep, especially with the Enterprise Plan, is definitely worth it.

This software works great for us since we train both virtually and in person. With our complex training requirements, this was the only software I could find that accommodated everything at a reasonable price.

We had to opt for a higher-priced tier to access some of the functionalities we needed. The tier structure could use some adjustments but everything else has been fine.

Setting up clients for training is simple, and I like being able to track their progress and see what they have completed.

I wish the software would send reminders to clients who stop working on the course to encourage them to resume. (It might have this feature, but I'm not sure yet.)
