It is absolutely perfect for a small business like mine!
Pros

Now here is software that is both, in terms of creation and usability, simple for a small business owner. It is quite helpful to have a visual reference for work tasks and setup on mobile, and it is simple to get staff on board and using the software because of how minimally intrusive it is.

Cons

The limitations on image size make it challenging to upload backdrop images to the cards, which I need for field setup visual guides. The ability to edit and add to card sets through the mobile app instead of only using the online dashboard would be awesome.

A legit timesaver!
Pros

In today’s world of useless so-called "shorts," I am glad to report that Talentcards use that very same concept and make it actually beneficial. We are able to create cards quickly, and the bite-sized training is perfect for my employees so that they don’t waste precious time and still learn something on the go.

Cons

Creating cards is easy, but I think the feature is limited and could be more advanced. Adding separate pictures to the card is not possible, or at least I haven’t been able to do it.

One of the best LMS suites out there.
Pros

It is without a doubt one of the best microlearning programmes out there. The platform is a fantastic tool for e-learning from the viewpoint of the learner. Overall, Ive had a largely good experience. The developers and account manager have been receptive to input, implementing improvements and fixing faults quickly.

Cons

I think administrative operations can be improved more. Sometimes the program appears to be still in development and is lacking several essential features that would make it possible for administrators to utilize it as easily as learners. I believe that there are still some support-system shortcomings that must be fixed as well.

Very User-Friendly Microlearning!
Pros

I am intrigued by the flexibility it provides. I enjoy the idea of flashcards, the capability of adding video clips and tests, and a fun game environment. The intuitive design is a treat for the eyes. I like the ability to track how many people use the app.

Cons

That being said, Id like to point out that managing the admin side is challenging. Making the cards takes time and causes a delay. You must remember to stop, watch for the green ‘okay’ mark, and then move forward. All of your work will be lost if you dont.

Choosing TalentCards was one of the best decisions we ever made.
Pros

We wanted to make flashcards to help employees in the organization remember each others names, and Talent Cards were a fantastic option. We utilized headshots since the site allows you to mass submit photographs, which helped us save a ton of time. Additionally, we were able to produce a set of flashcards that let users rate their own advancement. This has been shown to be a huge aid in memorization.

Cons

We only had a few minor difficulties with the talent cards along the way. They were never difficult to solve and were almost always quite small. For instance, occasionally when I was adding text to the cards, if I hit "return" too many times to shift the text down, it would actually erase the bottom line of the text rather than just end the return.

Our Remote-Learning Savior (but with Achille’s Feet)
Pros

I really enjoy using the platform’s mobile learning software access that puts training in the hands of my staff, wherever they are in the world. TalentCards is built for mobile, frontline, and desk-less employees; learners whose occupations keep them on their feet and on the move. During COVID, this neat accessibility proved to be a ‘big save’ for my small learning center, in contrast to the other LMSs and training software apps we had at our disposal. With the aid of TalentCards, we can create microlearning courses that are intended to have a significant influence on learners quickly - adding to their knowledge/skills bases. We can even create card sets inside the site, which are similar to flashcards but for your smartphone. To make an interesting and complete training experience, we can also add text, graphics, music, video, and hyperlinks to cards which makes things a bit more fun!

Cons

There are definitely some limitations of access given that the service is only provided in Brazil (from what I’ve learned). Also, the character limit for building questions as well as the language restriction are constant issues for my team. The platform could also do with desktop system access/functionality. We’re hopeful these constraints will be addressed soon.
