“They know their stuff

Pros

The team really gets how diverse corporate e-learning can be, which matters a lot as we expand our training business. Each new client brings their own preferences for layout and tools and this platform has handled everything we've asked of it so far. We're making full use of PowerPoint presentations, webinars, xAPI, multimedia content, custom learning paths for different groups and message boards. What impresses me most is accomplishing all this without writing code or needing a technical developer.

Cons

The app has a frustrating bug where text doesn't show up on pages with embedded videos, which is a real problem since our lessons rely heavily on multimedia content combined with text. We can't recommend it to our clients until this gets fixed.

“Students picked it up in no time

Pros

I find it simple whether I'm teaching, managing or learning. Setting everything up feels natural and students pick it up without any trouble. What really sold me was how well it handles Articulate content exports, that was a huge factor for us. The course catalog looks polished right out of the box so there's no need to spend hours tweaking a system you're still figuring out. I also appreciate being able to use our own domain with SSL support.

Cons

Setting up SSL was pretty confusing at first, though support jumped in quickly and helped us figure it out.

“Comprehensive Solution for Our Needs

Pros

After doing extensive research, we settled on this platform because it covered all our bases like video uploads, file sharing, diverse quiz options, assignments and video conferencing capabilities. The interface is user friendly for everyone involved, whether you're an admin, instructor or student. Integration with Woocommerce has been a game-changer for organizing our workflow. Since we primarily serve a Mandarin-speaking audience, the multi-language support was perfect for us plus being able to customize the look and feel to match our branding was an added bonus we didn't expect to find so easily.

Cons

Haven't come across any significant obstacles that we couldn't work through. Our account included TalentLMS online tutorials in the catalog from the start, which has been really useful for resolving any questions that have come up.

“Feels effortless

Pros

Its simple to use and feels effortless. Everything is laid out logically so I never struggle to find what I'm looking for.

Cons

Can't map directly to qualification performance criteria, which is a minor annoyance though I've found workarounds using external tools

“Useful video tutorials

Pros

Feels solid and simple. Those video tutorials and presentations really help you get up to speed quickly. What I really appreciate is how flexible the user management and plan options are.

Cons

Phone support would be really helpful since I haven't been able to find a contact number anywhere, even though email responses are pretty quick.

I appreciate how customizable everything is plus it grows alongside our needs and the support team is really responsive when we need help.

Cons

I really don't like how important issues get downgraded and stuck in a queue where we have to chase them for updates instead of getting proactive follow-up.

The only thing I wish it had is VAT functionality for invoices. It's a minor issue but would definitely make things smoother for my business needs.

Building training programs online and through video is simple with this platform. The Shopify integration works smoothly and I appreciate how users get automatically created and assigned to courses after purchases without any manual intervention on my part.

Love how it handles different types of teaching materials and lets me organize everything flexibly for each course and module.

I had to create my own diagram to understand how users, categories, branches and courses are organized since there wasn't a visual guide provided during setup. Would be helpful to include that.

Pros

The customer service here is really something special. When I submit support requests, I typically get responses within a day or even sooner. I've actually called a few times and reached real people on the phone.

Cons

I wish controlling registration access was simpler. Right now people can purchase classes even without completing prerequisites, which isn't ideal. It would be better if the system automatically blocked purchases when requirements aren't met. We also can't limit how many people sign up for each class, which makes capacity management difficult.

“Everything you need to launch an e-learning program

Pros

I've found this LMS to have everything needed to launch an e-learning program from scratch. The interface is user-friendly and getting everything configured was surprisingly simple.

Cons

Support contact info is pretty buried on there website. Took me a while to figure out how to reach them.

“Accessible outside office

Pros

Appreciate how all our training courses are available online, letting me complete them even when I'm not at the office. It's also great that airline bulletins and company newsletters are included, making it easy to quickly access important information. Another feature I really enjoy is the mobile app as it's perfect for learning on the go!

Cons

No drawbacks that I can mention.

Smooth set up and adapting it to our existing learning tools happened faster than expected. What really stands out is how users can now register for internal courses and create their own account profiles, this has been a huge relief for our managers who can finally focus on their core responsibilities instead of handling registration headaches. The user access controls are also really well thought out giving us precise control over what different account types can access and do.

Cons

The lack of free SSL setup is really disappointing, especially when we're trying to secure our access points. If they included SSL setup with premium accounts without any extra issue, this would probably be the top LMS on the market.

“Outstanding customer care

Pros

So easy to use. Customer support has been outstanding whenever I've needed help. I'm really glad I discovered this platform and it's made everything so much simpler.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues yet so nothing to complain about at this point.

“Sophisticated system

Pros

The platform itself is rock solid. I really appreciate how sophisticated the system is and all the possibilities it offers. We don't have to bend our ideas to fit the portal as they're simple to implement. The security for our learning content and customers gives me peace of mind. We're still settling in after nearly a year but I can already tell we'll be on a long journey with this strong partner by our side.

Sometimes I wish there were more advanced features but honestly the support team is so responsive that it's hard to complain about much.

Pros

The flexibility for creating different testing questions is awesome and building content feels simple.

Cons

The HTML editor removes some of my custom code, which is frustrating when I need specific formatting. The interface isn't always clear either. Scrolling through PDFs or dropdown menus in Chrome doesn't give obvious hints that there's more content below so you might miss important stuff.

Pros

I really like how this platform lets us white-label our learning courses with custom domains and styling options. The learning functionality works excellently for our needs. What stands out most is there customer service. They respond quickly and have answers to all our questions.

Cons

The interface could use a refresh. Both the admin side and learner experience feel a bit dated compared to newer platforms.

Can be tough to locate specific features and the help documentation could use clearer writing.

The support team never disappoints and their answers are always spot-on, which helps me keep learning the system without getting stuck. This level of service was actually a major reason we chose this platform. We've dealt with poor support elsewhere that even charged extra fees. Really appreciate how they handle everything.
