“Reduces onboarding time

Pros

We implemented this to significantly reduce onboarding time for new employees and meet our training obligations as an employer. The integration of various media formats (video, PowerPoint, Word, images, etc.) along with flexible mobile platform usage creates an attractive learning environment that our staff really appreciates.

Cons

It would be great if we could upload handouts after each course that users can access directly in their documents section.

Found it easy to use whether I'm a student taking courses or an administrator managing them. Anyone with basic computer skills can create and manage courses without much trouble. What really stands out is how scalable it is. You can begin with just a few courses and expand as your needs grow.

Haven't been able to automate our specific reporting needs yet though we're still working on finding a solution.

I really appreciate being able to host our own videos and certifications directly. The level of customization available is impressive and you can configure almost everything to match your specific needs.

I find it frustrating that they charge extra for basic support tasks like SSL certificate setup, even when my plan already includes custom domain functionality.

I've become much more efficient since we started using this platform. It's really expanded our reach and made training available around the clock for our implementation solutions, methodologies and projects. What I appreciate most is that it's become our go-to method for sharing knowledge between team members.

The user interface really needs work and there should be more event engine options available.

Really like how secure and adaptable this cloud-based LMS is and it makes learning genuinely engaging and interactive. The configuration process is simple and browsing through everything feels user-friendly. Uploading different content formats is so easy. The reporting features are incredibly powerful, letting me track learner performance and quickly identify who needs extra attention. The pricing model is refreshing since I only pay for what I actually use and there are plans for every budget. Their customer support team has been excellent whenever I've needed help.

Cons

The system doesn't let students retake failed exams, which is frustrating when someone wants another shot plus it shows the answers right away so there's no real chance to try again without seeing the solutions first.

I've found this platform really simple and it's been perfect for uploading SCORM files when we need to test things out. Creating our own training courses internally has been easy.

I'm still figuring out how to get the most from this platform but one thing that's really bugging me is there's no way to export and import course content for translation purposes. This makes it pretty difficult when you need to work with multiple languages.

I can't really think of anything I dislike about it. After doing extensive research on different LMS platforms, I'm really happy I discovered this one.

“Brilliant branches feature

Pros

The branches feature is amazing for my business. It lets me set up separate portals for other companies using my courseware. Each client can use their own branding and logos instead of ours, which looks much more professional. I also love how we can control what each branch sees and what permissions there administrators get. The integration capabilities with other products are pretty solid too, though the branching functionality is definitley my favorite part.

Nothing really bothers me about this platform right now, though I know nothing's ever perfect. I figure if you use any tool long enough, you'll probably want some extra features added depending on what your business needs. For what we do, it handles everything we need pretty well.

Building courses feels user-friendly and simple. I didn't need any training to get started, everything just makes sense from the get-go.

Finding my way through the menus gets frustrating sometimes. Jumping between admin, instructor and learner modes to reach different sections feels unnecessarily complicated.

Really simple and functional system. The branch setup is fantastic especially being able to map separate domains for each one.

The discussion features feel disconnected from the actual course content. They seem like a separate thing rather than being woven into the lessons. I'm still figuring out how to use everything smoothly. Coming from Udemy, which felt more simple on the admin side, this interface takes some getting used to, though I can find what I need eventually.

We needed an LMS that could handle separate portals for our client organizations and this platform delivered perfectly. The free trial let us test everything thoroughly before committing, which was valuable. Creating branches for customers is simple and being able to clone courses saves us time. The support team has been outstanding. They respond quickly whenever we have questions. Learning the system was pretty user-friendly and it checked every box on our requirements list.

Cons

The reporting features are somewhat limited on the Small Plan but aside from that, I haven't come across any other problems.
