The in depth customization allows companies to build perfectly customized training while features like progress tracking and gamification make learning more engaging and effective. Also it is a highly flexible solution because it's affordable, works great on mobile and connects seamlessly with other software you already use.

Cons

While the platform is very functional, its reporting tools lack the power needed for a deep analysis of your data. There can also be a noticeable learning curve when we try to tackle more complex setups and customizations.

The admin functions are too complicated at times and I really wish GUI was a bit easier for the staff.

I love how I can customize the platform to match my business branding. It makes it really welcoming for newcomers. Having access to a wide range of content to include in training courses is incredibly beneficial.

I am not very much pleased with the inability to submit different types of responses for activities. For example I cannot submit both a file and a text response.

The report generating feature provides me with all the records I need for tracking users completion of course assignments. For data analysis, its very helpful to monitor records and participation rates.

It would be better if the platform offered more 'mass selection' options for various purposes. If it allowed multiple selections for the same action like resetting user course assignments, it would be much better.

When it comes to setting up and implementing the platform, you are pretty much left to your own devices. Support tickets are an option, but live calls are not on the table. Instead, they direct you to webinars and their knowledge base. The user experience for admins and learners leaves much to be desired with its limited features and difficulty managing courses and users.

Over the year using TalentLMS, the team at Epignosis has been fantastic. Even without a dedicated customer success manager, their general support team has been exceptional in resolving our queries. We initially chose TalentLMS for its affordability and multi-tenant capability and have not looked back since.

Cons

The branches feature functions adequately, but adding users manually to branches is a hassle. Switching between branches is alright but not seamless. What really bothers us is that each branch requires its own SSO configuration and login portal. It would be fantastic to have a unified login screen using SSO credentials to direct learners automatically to their respective branches based on their email addresses. Although we can work around this with Zapier, relying on an integration engine to link TalentLMS back to itself feels absurd.

Setting up and using TalentLMS is a breeze, even for non-HTML/CSS experts like me. Managing courses and tracking learner progress align perfectly with our business processes. Their support team is outstanding, and being involved in beta testing is a breeze. Plus, all developments on TalentLMS are covered in the annual license fee.

Cons

As someone not well-versed in HTML/CSS, it is challenging to determine if views can be modified even after some research. However, the GUI suits our learners, and most prefer to stick with the current look and feel, gradually transitioning to the Beta version.

The TalentLMS App (BETA) has not been working well with some desktop features. It is been in beta since I started using it, and I am patiently waiting for the bugs to be ironed out so I can effectively track my students. I have not informed my students about the beta version.
