I like the option to change header names. For instance, instead of calling them courses, I'd prefer to label some of them as References or Topics. We use it not just for courses, but also for managers to reference retail operations material for their day-to-day work.

The biggest drawback for us is the inability to adjust certification values. For example, we offer CEUs for teachers, but each teacher may earn a different amount throughout the year. It would be great to have a feature that automatically adjusts the certificate value based on the credits earned.

The editor is frustrating to use. Not only are the capabilities limited, but there are also alignment issues, random cuts, and line jumps in sentences. Collaborative work is challenging because instructors can't easily track answered emails.
