“Easy learning but needs better analytics”
Pros
It's just so engaging and easy to use. Our colleagues love how simple it is to find their assigned learning and it's actually making them curious about their own development. I've even seen people creating goals and linking content themselves which is fantastic.
Cons
Wish I could see more detailed data for the e-learning content we load from Articulate. It would help me so much to actually measure our impact on learning.

it's the most innovative platform out there right now. Our team personally loves the AI content generator and our admin folks can't get enough of the connectors.
Cons

It is so easy to use and perfect for training. I love that the whole team can see updates the second they go live and it connects easily to all our other platforms.
Cons
The search function can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it just does not bring up what I need. And the AI questions often don't know the answers either.

I enjoy using the platform to run campaigns for my team. The emails and support from the Thrive team are great, it really feels like we are building a community together.
Cons
It can get a little complicated to figure out sometimes but thankfully we can always chat with our account managers and they'll walk us through it.

Pros
Can't recommend Thrive's customer support and content library enough. A special shout-out to our AD, Eugene, they are working so hard to help us sort out our technical issues.
Cons
Their tech team is super fast but sometimes it feels like things are not fully tested before they are released. I'd really appreciate more transparency around their tech roadmap.

Pros
The team is just the most supportive bunch. Honestly no ask feels too big for them and they are always on hand to help. We have built a great relationship with our CSM.
Cons
Campaigns are a great feature but I wish the content inside them was refreshed more often. Personally I'd prefer more technical training on how to actually use the platform.

Cons

Pros
I really like how much it adapts and changes based on what customers actually need it never just stays static. We get regular updates and my Account Manager is great about flagging the ones she knows are relevant to me which is so helpful.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like it's too heavily geared toward retail customers. I've struggled a bit with not really having a community. They did try to set up a financial services group but sadly that has not been kept up.

It's just so easy to use. The interface is interactive and I can easily complete a course right on my phone which has always been an issue with other similar tools we have tried.
Cons
I have to admit the compliance courses I took were pretty dry. But in all fairness the subjects themselves are not exactly thrilling to begin with.

My favorite thing has got to be the sheer amount of stuff on there. There are thousands of e-learning resources, tools and other learning essentials to dig into.
Cons
The reporting and search tools are limited right now. They could definitely be better but honestly, it's not a huge deal for me at the moment.

During the set up period the customer service goes truly above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about you and your company's needs. They always go the extra step and are super responsive.
Cons
Once the implementation period is over you kind of lose your dedicated team. They said they'd keep in touch and mentioned adding us to quarterly meetings which would be great to still have that connection with the people who helped us launch.

Cons
It's annoying when different teams tell us different things. We'll be told it can do something and then it does not actually work the way it was explained.
