Fast updates !

Pros

I'm very impressed with how fast they roll out new features. It really feels like they listen to what we're asking for. They're always open to new ideas and actually act on feedback which is rare and much appreciated.

Cons

our biggest headache is just getting it to play nice with our own internal systems. I'm pretty sure that's on us not the platform but it's still a struggle.

easy modules and smooth flow

Pros

Truly I really like how interactive the interface is. The way all the different modules talk to each other just makes everything flow so smoothly. It eliminates repetitive work and keeps data consistent across the board without me having to lift a finger.

Cons

No consss. I am really digging the Audiences feature but honestly I'm even more excited to try out the new Spaces stuff that just dropped today.

great features and helpful support

Pros

I love how much stuff is packed in here. And the customer support? Absolutely brilliant as they are super quick to respond. Plus the online learning catalog is top-notch.

Cons

sometimes I don't even know everything that's available to me. I'd love a way to get more info on how to actually maximize all the features on offer.

Strong campaign tools but limited training

Pros

Honestly I am a huge fan of the event management tool. But if I had to pick a favorite it's the campaign feature. I love being able to share things through system notifications.

Cons

When they launch new products I wish there were more training materials included. I think it would help customers like me so much if they did that.

Easy to use but admin heavy

Pros

It's a solid tool that just works perfectly for both me and the users. It's easy to figure out and looks good which everyone seems to appreciate.

Cons

It feels a bit admin-heavy right now. We had some teething issues with Audiences but to be fair most of those problems happened in the crazy three weeks between signing and launching.

Pros

The support team really held our hand the whole way from implementation to helping us with new ideas. They are a big reason we are seeing success.

Cons

My dream would be to have it integrated with a proper skills platform. We can highlight skills okay but I really want to support career progression better.

Powerful reports

Pros

It's all about the reporting. There are so many different options and since we are a big company with several branches it makes it super easy to keep everything separated.

Cons

It's pretty time-consuming to manage. Like just moving people who are on maternity leave or long-term sick into different audiences takes forever because it's so admin heavy.

Clean dashboard!

Pros

I am a big fan of the user dashboard.... it breaks down the usage really well, looks great and is super easy to use. Actually the whole platform is smooth to get around and update.

Cons

I wish the Kiki bar was a bit more visual. It would be cool to have an actual picture of the Kiki robot there to catch people's eye.

Honestly what makes it special is the combination of the innovation and the people. It's a great platform and a great organization through and through.

Cons

Cons

Easy access but frequent bugs

Pros

It's such an easy platform to use and the fact that you can get to it from any device is a game-changer especially for our retail teams who don't have laptops.

Cons

I keep running into weird bugs and the only fix seems to be clearing cache and cookies. Having to walk our users through that process every time is actually a huge challenge.

Constant innovation

Pros

They never stand still. They are constantly trying to make the experience better for both learners and admins. The team and the product are just amazing.

Cons

The translation still is not rolled out across every part of the platform which is frustrating. Plus our retail teams using Android are having issues with the app.

all-in-one solution

Pros

the biggest wins are the support and how easy it is to use. I love that they are always improving and that it combines comms, learning and compliance all in one spot. It's got room to grow with us too.

Cons

interface is really fixed and can be limiting depending on the audience. I have some colleagues who just are not interested in that Instagram-style experience and it does not work for them.

Fast updates but missing basics

Pros

The best part is how fast they push out updates and new features. I feel like they are always ahead of the curve, always looking forward and I really like that.

Cons

I wish they'd slow down on the new features and just fix the basics. There are so many small things that would make my job and my users' lives easier but they get overlooked constantly.

Central hub with mixed usability

Pros

we can use this as one central hub for every department, it really keeps our communication clear. The quizzes are a hit too....it's a fun way to test our knowledge.

Cons

Accessibility and ease of use can be hit or miss. I think it can get pretty complicated and hard to find things but honestly, that could probably be fixed with better knowledge bases and guides.

Strong support but mobile design flaws

Pros

their customer support is brilliant especially when something is not working right. If there's a bug, they jump on it and get it fixed.

Cons

Scalability from desktop to mobile needs work. As a designer I've noticed some assets look terrible on mobile, thumbnails get super blurry. I wish there was a way to upload separate versions for mobile and desktop.

Pros

it's the ease of access. Finding documents is simple and the whole setup is just really accessible which makes it easy for everyone on our team to actually learn.

Cons

Pros

My favorite part has to be the design and how easy it is to use. It just makes learning and communicating with everyone feel a lot less like a chore.

Cons

It would be a lifesaver if I could just log in�as�the user to troubleshoot. When we're trying to sign off compliance modules having to guess what they are seeing causes so many problems.

Pros

The fact that I can use it on my phone is huge. It means our whole workforce, no matter where they are in the world, can have their learning right there in their pocket.

Cons

I really need the ability to log in as a user to deal with their issues and give them advice. It does not matter if it's human error or a system problem, I just need to see what they are seeing to actually help them.

Pros

I am really impressed with how interactive it is and how many of us can use it at the same time. It's become a great way for everyone to interact and support each other.

Cons

It can be kind of slow when things need to update. Whether I'm moving people between audiences, uploading new content or taking something down, I'm often sitting there waiting for it to happen.
