Pros

Setting it up was so easy. It has all the features we need but it never feels like a massive headache or overly complicated.

Cons

I wish there was AI content creation built in but hey thanks for finally having it in beta now!

best customer support ever!

Pros

The customer service team is awesome. They actually listen and seem genuinely excited to make things better which is super refreshing.

Cons

it's the search functionality and the AI authoring tool that need the most work.

Pros

It is really modern and forward-thinking. It's such a huge upgrade compared to the buggy old system we were using before.

Cons

Pros

Just works right out of the box. Super interactive and easy to pick up. I really like the Audiences feature, my only wish is that managers could upload new users directly to their own audiences without needing admin help.

Cons

I need a better way to search for names and content. And seriously, please give Audience Managers the ability to upload users to their own audiences... now you're thinking, right?!

I find it ridiculously simple to use. going around is easy and it's perfect for user-generated content.

Proactive yet limited

Pros

I've noticed learners are way more proactive now. They are taking ownership of their learning and actually holding themselves accountable.

Cons

Wish it was more proactive with skills like suggesting new skills I might want to develop or pointing out growth opportunities.

I really enjoy the user-curated system & it's so easy to use. The skills and goals features are fantastic too.

Cons

Lack of in-depth reports for SCORM courses is a problem. It stops us from getting specific insights into how our courses are actually performing.

This is a message about a platform that can meet the requirements of a contemporary learning organization.

Pros

One of the main benefits of THRIVE is its modern and intuitive user interface which promotes learning and exploration. Unlike outdated and slow systems that turn users away THRIVE offers excellent functionality and user experience. Another strength is the unbeatable support from the implementation and CSM team during launch. With THRIVE partnering means having an extension to your LandD team rather than just a tool for your business.

Cons

I believe it would be beneficial for the courseevent management process to be more organized and simplified for LandD teams with central support duties making it easier to manage learning records. Additionally having a feature to record external training certificates and documents on a learner's profile would be helpful.

This product for learning is excellent and supported by a team of experts.

Pros

We had a positive experience getting THRIVE up and running and found the software userfriendly. Throughout the process we received helpful assistance. One feature that we're thrilled about is Skills and Goals which provides significant benefits for our customers. We've made THRIVE a central part of our firm's learning and development strategy which demonstrates our confidence in the product and support we received.

Cons

I don't have any specific feedback. I believe that THRIVE is a company with a great culture and a growing team that I follow on LinkedIn. Although there are some improvements that could be made such as the ability to remove certain skills from a profile I understand that THRIVE has a roadmap for future development and I am looking forward to seeing the product improve over time.
