Some of the media in this training seemed excessive. Not everyone in my position, not directly involved in laboratory work, might find it overwhelming. It could be beneficial to tailor the tutorials separately for those working with chemicals and those who aren't.

There is an excellent variety of training courses available, with a wealth of practical knowledge. The transcripts often contain additional information that might be missed during casual listening. While the questions require some note-taking, it is not overly burdensome.

Cons

Completing a class once seems to lock in the completion status permanently. Even when a company mandates annual retakes or updates to courses, there's no mechanism to reset the completion status. This could be improved to ensure employees stay current also certain features like the display of 'x' tags and language filtering need refinement.

Setting up monthly training for employees through the course selection was straightforward, and employees are promptly notified of their monthly training sessions.

I found it challenging to set up reports to gather necessary information. Thankfully, the customer service team assisted me in automating the process.

The user interface is satisfactory, the pacing is appropriate, and the visuals are well-done. Most of the information was presented effectively.

Some information was incomplete and some questions were misleading or incorrect. For instance, a question about outdoor electricity safety didn't align with industry standards. It seems the team responsible might lack expertise in electrical safety and NFPA codes.
