Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to create new user accounts.

Cons

I am dissatisfied with the method of assigning courses, as I can not select multiple courses to assign to learners simultaneously. Also, the lack of Spanish language courses is disappointing, especially considering our location in Texas.

It was disappointing to find out that the test offered after completing boot camp was identical to the only practice test available outside of it. In short, there should be another practice test with fresh questions to better prepare candidates.

There is an issue with the program,I am unable to proceed with the "Preventing Slips, Trips, and Falls: A Guide for Employees (R)" course. After watching the videos, clicking "next" does not work. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of time. Unfortunately, there's no support available.

Class is great for people who don't want to read. Otherwise, it was not a useful class.

Pros

I did no find anything particularly useful that would justify spending $800 again.

Cons

The platform essentially reads the book to you and then presents the exact same test as a pretest. However, the actual test, like the CCDS exam, bears no resemblance to the practice test provided.
