I appreciate how easy it is to create new user accounts.

Cons

I am dissatisfied with the method of assigning courses, as I can not select multiple courses to assign to learners simultaneously. Also, the lack of Spanish language courses is disappointing, especially considering our location in Texas.

I find the guidance offered in this interface to be rather basic and surface-level. While there's potential to delve into concepts shaping workplace attitudes and behaviors, these modules merely echo what people already say to each other, especially in good moods.

It is user-friendly and I especially appreciated the knowledge checks.

Cons

It was disappointing to find out that the test offered after completing boot camp was identical to the only practice test available outside of it. In short, there should be another practice test with fresh questions to better prepare candidates.

There is an issue with the program,I am unable to proceed with the "Preventing Slips, Trips, and Falls: A Guide for Employees (R)" course. After watching the videos, clicking "next" does not work. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of time. Unfortunately, there's no support available.

There is a lack of support and the course is not functioning properly.

“Class is great for people who don't want to read. Otherwise, it was not a useful class.”

I did no find anything particularly useful that would justify spending $800 again.

The platform essentially reads the book to you and then presents the exact same test as a pretest. However, the actual test, like the CCDS exam, bears no resemblance to the practice test provided.

The most attractive aspect of TrainingToday is its extensive coverage of various topics. Whether it is customer service or manufacturing, there's likely a course that meets your needs. The courses are conveniently divided into manageable modules, allowing for easy completion during breaks or slow workdays.

One drawback of TrainingToday is the difficulty in accessing certain features or information without completing a module first. Also some of the information included in the modules was not relevant to our specific needs.

It is incredibly user-friendly, and I can easily learn from any of the courses available. It helps me continually expand my knowledge.

I have not found any drawbacks with this software.

There is a wide range of topics available, and the coursework is easy to follow and comprehend.

A more effective notification system is necessary. Currently, I am unable to see when specific coursework is due, nor do I receive notifications if I miss a deadline. It would be beneficial to have personalized notifications sent directly to me.

Everything works smoothly for us and we are continuing to utilize the software.
