Pros
I do not find any aspect of the product appealing.
Cons
Many training courses were not transferred correctly, leading to a month-long migration process. Customer service was lacking, with delayed responses and months passing before issues were resolved. also there were difficulties in running reports, outdated training videos, and erroneous email notifications.

Pros
I enjoyed most of the features in the previous version of the software. I particularly appreciate how this version displays an individual's completion status as 100% without needing to click through each module individually.
Cons
Several features still do not function correctly. I spend a considerable amount of time contacting the support team via email. Issues include inability to view course activity, reset passwords, or remove users effectively.
