Cons
Completing a class once seems to lock in the completion status permanently. Even when a company mandates annual retakes or updates to courses, there's no mechanism to reset the completion status. This could be improved to ensure employees stay current also certain features like the display of 'x' tags and language filtering need refinement.

The platform essentially reads the book to you and then presents the exact same test as a pretest. However, the actual test, like the CCDS exam, bears no resemblance to the practice test provided.

Many training courses were not transferred correctly, leading to a month-long migration process. Cons
Several features still do not function correctly. I spend a considerable amount of time contacting the support team via email. Issues include inability to view course activity, reset passwords, or remove users effectively.
