It's been helpful for organizing all of our different training materials in one place.

The technical issues are not resolved fast enough and I find it a real challenge to get ahold of someone from support.

I really value that it offers both internet-based and in-person classes. Grouping my staff by their job roles is simple which makes assigning the right training to each team incredibly simple and easy.

If I had to pick a downside, it's that the system does not send me an alert when staff finish their online assignments. I have to manually go in and look up each person or course to check their status.

What's really effective is how simple the computer-based training is to navigate. And the 'Test Your Knowledge' quizzes keep you engaged and participating.

A few of the training modules lack the depth needed to properly cover a subject. The new system feels more awkward and complicated than the previous version we had.

TrainingToday provides huge selection of available classes which is my favorite part. Like isnt it great ?!! that you have a massive number of courses to pick from!

For the admin side of things, pulling reports used to be simple but now the process is a bit more of a hassle.

It is so simple to use that we can find our way around without any instructions. We also love the option to build our own custom courses.

The one tricky part is checking on progress without generating a full report. I really miss having a simple button to view everyones recently finished training like we did in the old platform.

Nothing to like as all the testing is consolidated into a single spot, whether you are logging in as an administrator or for yourself which is not ideal.

My employees and I both find the navigation pretty confusing. The login session expires too quickly and the message we get when it happens is not clear.

I am pretty sure one of the quiz questions had an incorrect correct answer. It asked if management would be forced to act differently if a woman was subjected to hearing about men's exploits in the workplace.

The support team is not supportive at all. They won't let me configure my yearly refresher training and I cannot get any assistance from anybody. I am also locked out of updating my own courses that were moved over from the previous BLR system. Overall the whole platform is difficult to use.

The content was quite detailed. However there was no certificate available at the end, with no explanation given to us and no way to resolve the issue.

TrainingToday offers detailed information on the basics of Aid and Response procedures which includes how to handle common scenarios found in most workplaces.

Some of us work alone for 8 to 12 hours a day, so I think self rescue procedures and responses would be useful. also it would be helpful to know how to assist someone remotely such as gathering location or injury details that could aid in managing a rescue. Since we often work solo and have a lone worker status update program, training on remote rescue procedures might be beneficial.
