Pros

Though it takes time to grasp, once mastered, it offers a comprehensive package.

Cons

Composing a message lacks indication of timing out, resulting in losing the entire message in process. This is very frustrating. There should be no timeout at all. Another frustration is that it is not always intuitive to use.

Navigating through the program and finding specific items is a breeze.

There is very little I dislike about this software. If I had to give one example, I say that sometimes it is difficult to find the right subpage within a page. Quick navigation would prevent aggravation from trying to find a "hidden" page.
