The system tracks everything I need it to.

Pros

The friendly customer service team and their willingness to implement changes are highly appreciated.

Cons

The platform is not intuitive, making navigation difficult at times. I often have to click through several screens to find the function I need.

The software offers a wide range of options, with its certification cloud being particularly unique and essential for compliance tracking.

Cons

It lacks an verify onboarding process, but reportedly, this is in the works for the next upgrade. The scheduling app needs substantial improvement.

The idea of what it is supposed to do is great but we can't get it to do everything yet

Pros

Having all user certification documentation in one place, along with easy access and reminders, is incredibly useful.

Cons

It is specific to another industry, and getting tweaks to make it work for us has been a challenge. Ticket resolutions are slow. When running reports on certification status, it shows the wrong completion percentage due to factors like including all variables.

Pros

The dashboard and user interface are user-friendly, and the course tracks feature is particularly useful.

Cons

The quiz ability is limited to multiple choice, and I wish there were other testing options. Also, a better layout between certificates and course tracks would be helpful.

The ILE is fair. A few more options would be great, slightly disappointed, but still nice product.

Pros

Setting up courses is straightforward with a small learning curve, and the cloning feature is a game-changer for repetitive training sessions.

Cons

The calendar does not communicate with the staffing schedule. There are no conflict notifications, and the calendar view does not overlap other views.
