“The idea of what it is supposed to do is great but we can't get it to do everything yet

Having all user certification documentation in one place, along with easy access and reminders, is incredibly useful.
Cons
It is specific to another industry, and getting tweaks to make it work for us has been a challenge. Ticket resolutions are slow. When running reports on certification status, it shows the wrong completion percentage due to factors like including all variables.

Setting up courses is straightforward with a small learning curve, and the cloning feature is a game-changer for repetitive training sessions.
Cons
The calendar does not communicate with the staffing schedule. There are no conflict notifications, and the calendar view does not overlap other views.
