Pros

I find it incredibly convenient that I can store multiple documents for each certification. Whether it is an attendance list, examination, or certificate, I can store them all and access them with just a click plus the mobile app allows easy access to supporting documents, enabling employees to provide proof of completion right from the job site.

Cons

Vairkko offers many reports, but none of them are customizable. When I export the information to Microsoft Excel, several values end up in a single cell, making data manipulation difficult.

Pros

This product is incredibly simple to implement and utilize. It offers an array of reports and visuals that make tracking certifications a breeze.

Cons

It took me some time to figure out which reports suit my needs best for certifications.

Plenty of features and customer service

Pros

The abundance of great features that the entire team can utilize daily is outstanding. Having such a wide range of features in one place significantly simplifies the administrator's job.

Cons

With numerous features and constant additions, it feels like we might miss out on useful new features that could benefit the organization.

I am thoroughly impressed with how this software seamlessly handles the storage of various data, assets, training materials, certifications, documents, memos, and other administrative features.

Cons

I find it challenging to run reports because some features do not interact well with each other. Creating forms can be tedious, and basic search functions seem to be missing.

Task based certifier

I absolutely adore how effortless it is to use the roadmap status and navigate through the roadmaps.

Cons

I find the reports hard to use; it would be helpful if they were categorized to assist in choosing the right report for my needs.

Pros

This product is straightforward to use. The ability to export reports to Excel is incredibly helpful. While I mainly utilize the HR Cloud, I find myself running numerous reports regularly.

Cons

Since this is our first software, there was not anything to integrate with. I find it frustrating that there are no reports tailored to my information needs. Although I can make a request, by the time I receive a response, I have already had to manually handle it.

Managing the self-help section is a bit challenging.

Tracking Training . . . Look No Further

Pros

I find this software incredibly easy to use. The availability of training and usage videos serves as a valuable resource. And if I encounter any issues, the customer service is exceptional. The onboarding process, with an assigned account manager guiding me through various tasks, is superb.

Cons

there is not anything I dislike. Every feature is intuitive and easy to use.

Software for serious organizations

Pros

The ability to accomplish so many tasks within a single program is remarkable.

Cons

Some aspects are not customizable. I wish we could make minor adjustments.
