Pros

Vairkko is such a powerful tool for keeping track of qualifications and their expiration dates. Also I love how easy it is to store multiple documents for each certification. Whether it is an attendance list, exam or certificate, I can store everything in one place and access it with just a click. The mobile app is also super helpful as it lets me easily access supporting documents, so employees can provide proof of completion directly from the job site.

Cons

Vairkko offers many reports, but none of them are customizable. When I export the information to Microsoft Excel, several values end up in a single cell, making data manipulation difficult.

What is even better is the range of great features that everyone on the team can use every day. Having so many features all in one place really makes the administrator's job so much easier.
