“Functional and affordable

Pros

Vairkko is such a powerful tool for keeping track of qualifications and their expiration dates. Also I love how easy it is to store multiple documents for each certification. Whether it is an attendance list, exam or certificate, I can store everything in one place and access it with just a click. The mobile app is also super helpful as it lets me easily access supporting documents, so employees can provide proof of completion directly from the job site.

Cons

Vairkko offers many reports, but none of them are customizable. When I export the information to Microsoft Excel, several values end up in a single cell, making data manipulation difficult.

Pros

We've had a really great experience with Vairkko. It has made it so easy for us to track our employees certifications. The best part is that it is super simple to set up and use. Plus, it offers a bunch of reports and visuals that make keeping track of everything a lot easier.

Cons

It took me some time to figure out which reports suit my needs best for certifications.

“Had numerous features and responsive support

Pros

The Vairkko support team has always been really easy to get in touch with and super responsive whenever I need help with anything. What is even better is the range of great features that everyone on the team can use every day. Having so many features all in one place really makes the administrator's job so much easier.

Cons

With numerous features and constant additions, it feels like we might miss out on useful new features that could benefit the organization.

“A positive experience so far

Pros

Overall, my experience has been really positive. This website does an amazing job of storing all the data we need. Plus I am honestly impressed with how smoothly the software handles everything from storing various data and assets to training materials, certifications, documents, memos and other admin features. It just works seamlessly.

Cons

Well, I personally find it difficult to run reports because some features do not interact well with each other. Creating forms can be tedious too and basic search functions seem to be missing.

I absolutely love how easy it is to use the roadmap status and navigate through the roadmaps.

I find the reports a bit hard to use. It would be really helpful if they were organized into categories to make it easier to choose the right one for what I need.

VAIRKKO software t is super easy to use. One of my favorite features is being able to export reports to Excel. It is really helpful. I mainly use the HR Cloud, but I find myself running a lot of reports on a regular basis.

Cons

This is our first software, so there was not anything to integrate with. The unavailability of reports that separate the information the way I need is frustrating. I know I can put in a request, but by the time I hear back, I have already had to do it by manually.

The scheduling features are amazing. Vairkko makes scheduling so easy for me, even with a large division like ours.

Managing the self-help section is a bit challenging.

“Perfect Solution for Tracking Training

Pros

I find this software incredibly easy to use. The availability of training and usage videos serves as a valuable resource. And if I encounter any issues, the customer service is exceptional. The onboarding process, with an assigned account manager guiding me through various tasks, is superb.

Cons

There is not anything I dislike. Every feature is intuitive and easy to use.

Overall, I think this is a great program. Plus it is impressive how I can get so many tasks done all in one place.

Pros

Making the switch to this software has been such a great move for us. Once everything was set up, the time spent on reviewing, auditing and making sure everything is in order has been reduced by so much. The reporting features are solid and the ability to export to Excel is super helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this product. It has really lightened our load by giving the crew an easy way to manage their certificates. Plus, the regular emails about upcoming expiry dates help make sure we're always in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Cons

The load time for viewing individual certificates is a bit slow I feel like.

Tracking certifications has made life so much easier for our Licensing Administrator. Generating reports to confirm pending tasks is super simple and the QR code feature makes it easy for our State Licensors to access all the necessary documents across different locations. I am really happy with Vairkko. I would, and do recommend it to other businesses and organizations like ours.

Cons

Integration could have been smoother and we have noticed many discrepancies in Employee Profiles where phone numbers and addresses didn't match correctly.

It is simply perfect and really fits our needs, plus the communication is amazing. So if you are looking for a learning experience that's tailored to your organization, Vairkko is definitely the way to go.

Reporting can be a bit confusing since different reports sometimes show conflicting information. However, the good thing is that Vairkko lets me work with the data and create custom reports, which helps make things clearer.

“Super easy to use, even for the beginners

This product is really easy to use and learn. Since many of our employees do not interact with computers often, it's super important to have a platform that is easy to remember, and this one definitely fits the bill.

I have not found any negative features or capabilities at this time.

As we keep working on improving and building up our training processes, Vairkko does not just keep up with us, but surprisingly, they already have the features we need for the next step. The customer service is amazing too. Seriously, if I could underline it and make it all caps, I would! It's been such a pleasure working with Vairkko as we improve our training and certification processes. The software is so easy to use, and the interface is really nice to look at too.

Cons

My main struggle was with increasing load times as I uploaded new data. When I contacted my Vairkko representative, she promptly took the issue to their design team, and they provided a solution within a day or two. It only took one phone call to resolve the issue efficiently.

“Proven to be invaluable for us!

Pros

We work in refineries with different departments like transportation and refinery services. Our employees need certain certifications to get access to the refinery. Vairkko has been awesome for us as it lets us list all the necessary certifications and notifies us when they are about to expire. If an employee's certifications, drug screens or physicals are expired, they cannot get access. To be honest this feature has been a lifesaver for us.

Cons

We need some extra or optional tabs for certifications. Like it would be great to have a separate 'tab' for important certifications that are not required for our jobs but are still important for safety. We like the program a lot, but as more features get added, it is starting to flood the employee's certification list with everything. It would be so helpful to have a tab for the required certifications and another one for the optional ones, so we can easily separate the must-have certifications from the nice-to-have ones that do not affect job access.

“VAIRKKO is a single platform for everything

Pros

Although I used this software for less than six months at a previous job, I found it incredibly user-friendly. It made keeping track of my required CEUs a breeze.

Cons

I can not find any cons with this software. Every aspect is user-friendly and works to my advantage, unlike some other software.

“Extremely user-friendly

Pros

I really liked how affordable it was and how flexible the payment options are. One of my favorite things was being able to fully brand the software with our logo and color choices, so when our users log in, they see our colors and logo. The support we have received, both at the start and ongoing has been amazing. I have gotten same-day replies and solutions, which is pretty rare in the IT industry, at least from my experience.

Cons

The flow is not as smooth as some of the other software I have demoed.
