In my opinion, the biggest advantage of Convergence is their outstanding customer attention and responsiveness. From the initial training to ongoing support, even with a time difference, they are always available and helpful. We never feel neglected or left to figure things out on our own.

Cons

There are a couple of minor issues that could use improvement, like the system slowing down after a certain number of entries. Also, it would be helpful if the selected activity in Credit Wizard would stay put instead of needing to be searched for again. These are minor inconveniences, though, not deal-breakers.

Being able to upload and customize content based on specific job requirements, along with integrating it with our HR system, is a huge plus.

My biggest regret was opting for self-paced learning to operate the system. I realize now that face-to-face training would ensure I get the most out of it.

I find the best part of the product to be the people behind it. The support they offer surpasses any other in the industry. I can easily access answers or set up a quick Zoom meeting for assistance. What's great is that I never feel like I am burdening them; they're always attentive and receptive. What's even better is that they listen to feedback.
